|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور الرخصة المهنية في تنمية مهارات التدريس من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات اللغة العربية للمرحلة المتوسطة بمنطقة الجوف والكشف عن الدلالة الإحصائية في دور الرخصة المهنية في تنمية مهارات التدريس من وجهة نظرهم، التي قد تعزى لمتغيرات (سنوات الخبرة، النوع، المؤهل العلمي، اختبار الرخصة) وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٢٢٤) معلماً ومعلمة للغة العربية بمنطقة الجوف. وتم تطبيق استبانة مكونة من (۲۷) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور (التخطيط – التنفيذ - التقويم) وأظهرت النتائج أن دور الرخصة المهنية جاء بدرجة مرتفعة في جميع المحاور الثلاثة. كما أظهرت النتائج إلى أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العينة بشأن دور الرخصة المهنية في تنمية مهارات التدريس من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات اللغة العربية للمرحلة المتوسطة تعزى لسنوات الخبرة، وكذلك لصالح المعلمين والمعلمات الذين سبق لهم دخول اختبار الرخصة المهنية وأيضاً من حيث النوع جاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث ويعزى للتوعية لديهن بأهمية دور الرخصة المهنية، بينما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة من المعلمين والمعلمات حسب المؤهل، ويعزي ذلك إلى عمليات وضوح التخطيط ووجود المتابعة من الجهات المشرفة، وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز الوعي والاتجاهات الإيجابية بأهمية دور الرخصة المهنية والحصول على شهادة اجتيازها.
|b This study aimed to identify the role of the professional license in development teaching skills from the point of view of Arabic language teachers for the intermediate stage in Al-Jowf region, and to know the differences in the role of the professional license in developing teaching skills from their point of view, attributable to variables (gender, academic qualification, years of experience, entry to the license test). The study relied on the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (224) teachers of the Arabic language in Al-Jowf region. A questionnaire was prepared consisting of (27) items distributed on three axes (planning - implementation - evaluation) and the results showed that the role of the professional license came to a high degree in all three axes. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the study sample on the role of the professional license in developing teaching skills from the point of view of teachers of Arabic language for the intermediate stage attributed to years of experience, as well as in favour of teachers who have previously entered the professional license test and also, in terms of gender, the differences came in favour of females, and this is explained to raise their awareness of the importance of the role of the professional license. The study recommended enhancing awareness and positive attitudes about the importance of the role of the professional license and obtaining a certificate of passing it.
