|a هدفت هذه الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف تأثير أبعاد الإدارة الاستراتيجية على أداء المدن الذكية بالتطبيق على المدن الذكية في مصر، وتمحورت مشكلة الدراسة حول قياس تأثير أبعاد الإدارة الاستراتيجية على أداء المدن الذكية، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات من أفراد العينة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المديرين الإداريين في المدن الذكية الجديدة محل الدراسة، وعددهم 189، وتم توزيع الاستبانة عليهم، وتم استلام 182 استبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة أهمها: وجود تأثير إيجابي لأبعاد الإدارة الاستراتيجية على بعدي أداء المدن الذكية: مستوى التعلم المستمر والذكاء التنظيمي.
|b The aim of this current research is to identify the impact of strategic management dimensions on the performance of smart cities by applying it to smart cities in Egypt. The problem of the study revolved around measuring the impact of strategic management dimensions on the performance of smart cities. To achieve these goals, the descriptive, correlational approach was relied upon, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information. Data from the sample members, the study population consisted of all 189 administrative managers in the new smart cities under study. Survey lists were distributed to them, and 182 lists were received that were valid for statistical analysis. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the presence of a positive effect of the dimensions of strategic management on the two dimensions of smart cities performance and the level of learning. Continuous and organizational intelligence.
