|a تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد مفهوم الأمية المعلوماتية، ومفهوم الثقافة المعلوماتية، وأهميتها، بالإضافة إلى رصد شواهد الاهتمام بالثقافة المعلوماتية عالميا وعربيا، وبيان الروافد التي تشكل الثقافة المعلوماتية لدى الأفراد في المجتمع، ويكتسب منها معلوماته وثقافته في المجتمع الذي يعيش فيه، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النقص الملحوظ لدى الباحثين العرب في جوانب الثقافة المعلوماتية، بالإضافة إلى قصور الاهتمام بالثقافة المعلوماتية في مقررات أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات في الجامعات المصرية، وأن العمل على محو الأمية يشكل نواة التعليم الأساسي، فالاهتمام بالتعليم الأساسي يزود الطلاب بمهارات محو الأمية مدى الحياة، ويشجع على بلوغ مستويات علمية أعلى، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بزيادة أعداد المكتبات باختلاف أنواعها في الدولة، والعمل على تطوير وتدريب اختصاصيي المكتبات وتأهيلهم للعمل المكتبي، والعمل على دمج المناهج الدراسية في جميع المراحل التعليمية بمهارات الثقافة المعلوماتية، والعمل على إعداد مقرر دراسي متخصص من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم يدرس في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي وحتى مرحلة التعليم الجامعي، كذلك تدريس مقرر للثقافة المعلوماتية لجميع طلاب الجامعات المصرية، والعمل على تعزيز ودعم الثقافة المعلوماتية من خلال الندوات والمؤتمرات، وعقد دورات تدريبية للتدريب على كيفية استخدام قواعد البيانات، وأخيرا توعية الطلاب في المراحل التعليمية المختلفة بكيفية استخدام بنك المعرفة المصري، وعقد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل على كيفية استخدامه والاستفادة من مصادره، مما يساعد في تطوير الحركة التعليمية والنهوض بالبحث العلمي والحصول على المعلومة بشكل أسهل وبأقل جهد ممكن.
|b The study aims to define the concept of information illiteracy, the concept of information culture, and its importance, in addition to monitoring evidence of interest in information culture globally and in the Arab world, and explaining the tributaries that constitute information culture among individuals in society, and from which they acquire their information and culture in the society in which they live, by relying on the descriptive approach. Using its survey method, the study found a noticeable deficiency among Arab researchers in aspects of information literacy, in addition to the lack of interest in information culture in the curricula of library and information departments in Egyptian universities, and that working on eradicating illiteracy constitutes the nucleus of basic education, as interest in basic education provides students with literacy skills. Lifelong, and encourages the attainment of higher academic levels. The study also recommended the need to pay attention to increasing the number of libraries of all types in the country, work to develop and train library specialists and qualify them for office work, work to integrate curricula in all educational stages with information literacy skills, and work to prepare a curriculum. A specialized study by the Ministry of Education taught at the basic education stage until the university education stage, as well as teaching an information literacy course for all Egyptian university students, and working to promote and support information literacy through seminars and conferences, holding training courses to train on how to use databases, and finally raising awareness. Students at different educational levels know how to use the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, and hold training courses and workshops on how to use it and benefit from its sources, which helps in developing the educational movement, advancing scientific research, and obtaining information easier and with the least possible effort.
