|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الدور التربوي لجمعيات الدعوة والإرشاد بمنطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر منسوبيها في ضوء مبادئ العمل التطوعي، والتحديات التي تواجهها، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات العاملين والتي يمكن أن تعزى لمتغير (العمر، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة)، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة كأداة لها؛ حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من منسوبي جمعيات الدعوة والإرشاد بمنطقة القصيم والبالغ عددهم ٣٤٢ متطوعا، تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية؛ حيث بلغ عددهم (١٥٣) متطوعا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الدور التربوي والتحديات كان مرتفعا، وكشفت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير العمر لصالح من هم أقل من 30 عاما في محور الدور التربوي.
|b Department of Leadership and Educational policies, Faculty of educational, King Khalid University, Abha, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia This study aimed to reveal the educational role of the Da`wah and guidance associations in Al-Qassim province from the Perspective of their employees in light of the principles of voluntary work. The study also aimed to uncover the Challenges hindering the associations from performing their educational role and reveal the statistically significant differences between the employees’ average responses that are attributed to the variables of age, academic qualification, and experience. The study used the descriptive approach and the study relied on a questionnaire as a tool. The study community consisted of the employees of province who amounted to 342 volunteers. The sample, which consisted of 153 volunteers, was selected randomly. The study reached the following results: the level of the “educational role” and Challenges is high,. There are no statistically significant differences attributed to the “academic qualification” variable and years of experience variable, but there are statistically significant differences attributed to the age variable in favor of those who are less than 30 years old, at the “educational role” axis.
