|a تنبع أهمية موضوع الدراسة من أهمية الأرشفة الإلكترونية نفسها وتطبيقها، في المؤسسات الحكومية وخاصة مجمع محاكم محافظة سوهاج، ومحاولة التعرف على ماهية الأرشفة الإلكترونية، ومميزاتها وعيوبها وركزت مشكلة الدراسة علي التعرف على إجراءات وخطوات ومتطلبات تطبيق نظم الأرشفة الإلكترونية في مجمع المحاكم محافظة سوهاج، ومعرفة أهداف تطبيق الأرشفة الإلكترونية في مجمع محاكم محافظة سوهاج و رصد التحديات والصعوبات التي تواجه عملية الإفادة منه، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتعزيز واقع نظم الأرشفة الإلكترونية فيه. وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف علي: 1- أهداف ودوافع تطبيق نظم الأرشفة الإلكترونية في مجمع محاكم محافظة سوهاج. 2- واقع الأرشفة الإلكترونية المجموعات ومقتنيات المحاكم المدنية بمجمع محاكم سوهاج. 3- خطوات الأرشفة الإلكترونية للوثائق وأنواع الخدمات التي يقدمها الأرشيف الإلكتروني بالمجمع محاكم سوهاج. 4- أهمية الأرشفة الإلكترونية بالنسبة للتقاضي الإلكتروني والمحاكم الإلكترونية. 5- التصور المقترح لتعزيز واقع الأرشفة الإلكترونية ومخراجاتها في مجمع محاكم محافظة سوهاج.
|b The importance of the subject of the study stems from the importance of electronic archiving itself and its application, in government institutions, especially the Sohag Governorate Courts Complex, and an attempt to identify the nature of electronic archiving, its advantages and disadvantages, and the problem of the study focused on identifying the procedures, steps and requirements for the application of electronic archiving systems in the Sohag Governorate Courts Complex, And knowing the objectives of the application of electronic archiving in the Sohag Governorate Courts Complex, monitoring the challenges and difficulties facing the process of benefiting from it, and developing a systematic plan for the development of electronic archiving systems in it. The study aimed to identify: - The concept of electronic archiving, its origin, and the steps for applying electronic archiving systems. - The output of the electronic archiving process, its types and the requirements for building the electronic archive. - Objectives and motives for the application of electronic archiving systems in the Sohag Governorate Courts Complex - The reality of electronic archiving of the collections and holdings of civil courts in the Sohag Courts Complex. - Steps of electronic archiving of documents and types of services provided by the electronic archive in the Sohag Courts Complex. - The importance of electronic archiving for electronic litigation and electronic courts. - Pros and cons of applying electronic archiving in the Sohag Courts Complex and how to overcome them.
