|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مصادر ومستويات القلق لدى طلبة كليات التربية الرياضية في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية لمساق الجمباز تبعاً لمتغيرات (الجنس، والجامعة). استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (350) طالباً وطالبة يمثلون جامعات (الأردنية، واليرموك، ومؤتة، والهاشمية). صمم الباحث استبانة لقياس مصادر القلق أداة لجمع البيانات، واشتمل على (53) فقرة موزعة على خمس مجالات هي: (المجال التعليمي، ومجال الإمكانات، ومجال إدارة الكلية، ومجال الحوافز، ومجال الطلاب)، وتم أيضا استخدام مقياس حالة وسمة القلق. ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام (المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وتحليل التباين الأحادي واختبار شيفيه للمقارنات البعدية. أظهرت النتائج بأن مستوى مصادر القلق النفسي لدى طلبة مساق الجمباز (الذكور، والإناث) في الجامعات الأردنية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة على جميع المجالات والأداة الكلي، وأن مستويات القلق (الحالة، والسمة) لدى الطلبة بشكل عام جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مصادر القلق النفسي على مجالي إدارة الكلية، والحوافز تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، وتبعاً لمتغير الجامعة ولصالح جامعات (الأردنية، ومؤتة، والهاشمية)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى القلق النفسي كحالة، وسمة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة يوصي الباحث بضرورة عقد ورش عمل تطبيقية في مجال علم النفس الرياضي من قبل إدارات كليات التربية الرياضية في الجامعات الأردنية للمدرسين وتوظيف ذلك خلال المساقات لتعزيز أداء ومهارات الطلبة في مواجهة حالات القلق ومصادرها، والضغوط التي قد يتعرضون لها خلال العملية التعليمية.
|b The study aimed to unveil the sources and levels of Anxiety among physical Education students enrolled in Gymnastics Courses according to (gender and University). The researchers used the descriptive methods and the study sample included (350) male and female students representing all governmental universities (Jordanian, Yarmouk, Mu'tah, and Hashemite). The researcher designed a questionnaire to measure sources of anxiety consisted of (53) items divided into five subscales (learning, administration, Facilities, Students, and rewards, also the researcher used (State and Trait) anxiety scale. To analyze the data, means, standard deviation, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and (Scheff-test) were used. The results indicated that the level of anxiety sources was moderate on the fields as a whole and the level of anxiety among male and female students were moderate. There are statistically significant differences on the anxiety sources on the (administration, rewards) attributed to the gender variable in favor of female and attributed to the university variable in favor of (Jordanian, Mu'tah, Hashemite). There are statistically significant differences on the level of state and trait anxiety to the gender variable in favor of female. According to the results of the study the researchers recommend undertaking workshops by the Physical Education Faculties in Jordanian universities for teachers in psychology employment it in courses to enhance and improve the level of student performance and their skills in facing cases and anxiety sources.
