|a تناول البحث التعريف بالبراجماتية من حيث لفظها ومعناها، وأسمائها ونشأتها، وأبرز مؤسسيها، والفلسفات التي تغذت منها، وأهم أفكارها والتي منها: نظرية الصدق، ويقصد بها ما له أثر ملموس، بحيث يتحقق من منفعتها عن طريق التجربة، ومن خلال هذه النظرية عرض البحث للقيم والأخلاق عند البراجماتية، فعرف بها، وبيَّن موقف البراجماتية منها، وقارن ذلك في الإسلام، فخلص بأن الإسلام يقرر أن الأخلاق من الدين، وأنها ثابتة لا تتغير، وأنها نافعة وإن لم نجد أثرها اليوم. بل في يوم لا ينفع فيه مال ولا بنون. بينما نجد البراجماتية ترى أن القيم والأخلاق نسبية، وأنها تتغير بحسب أذواق الناس وعاداتهم، وتوزن بما تعود به من النفع والربح الملموس. ولو خالفت ثوابت وقوانين صارمة. وانتهى البحث بنقد المذهب البراجماتي بشكل عام، وفي القيم والأخلاق بشكل خاص، فالقيم والأخلاق من صميم الدين وأساسه، ومن دلائل النبوة وآياتها، كما أن رفضهم الإيمان بالغيبيات (الميتافيزيقيا) أدى بهم إلى إنكار أصول الإيمان الستة، وهو- أيضا- مصادم لفلسفات العصور القديمة والوسطى التي تهدف إلى كشف الحقيقة، والاقتصار على المعرفة، كما أنه يطلق عنان الحرية للأفراد إلى أبعد الحدود، فحقيقة المذهب البراجماتي أنه مذهب إلحادي، مادي، انحلالي، لا يمكن تصوره فضلا عن تحققه وصلاحه للواقع. فالمذهب البراجماتي يخدم الفرد والدول القوية. لا الضعيفة والمغلوب عليها.؛ إذ أنه يحقق لها مصالحها من السيطرة العسكرية والاقتصادية... إلخ، فيجعلها تقنن الأخلاق والقيم بحسب ما يجلب لها القوة والغنى، فتعمل على الخداع والتحايل والتزوير والتدليس وغير ذلك من الأخلاق الرديئة على أنها شجاعة وذكاء وعدل وإنصاف، والمذهب البراجماتي في حقيقته تزيين للباطل. ومحاولة لطمس الحق والبعد عنه.

The research ended with a criticism of the pragmatist doctrine in general, and in values and morals in particular, as values and morals are from the heart and foundation of religion. It is one of the evidences and signs of prophecy, and their refusal to believe in the unseen (metaphysics) led them to deny the six principles of faith. It also clashes with the philosophies of the ancient and medieval ages that aim to reveal the truth and limit themselves to knowledge. It also unleashes freedom for individuals to the greatest extent. The reality of the pragmatist doctrine is that it is an atheistic, materialistic, decadent doctrine that cannot be imagined, let alone its verification and validity for reality. The pragmatist doctrine serves the individual and strong countries - not weak and defeated ones. As it achieves its interests in terms of military and economic control...etc., it makes it codify morals and values according to what brings it power and wealth, so it works on deception, trickery, forgery, deception and other bad morals as courage, intelligence, justice and fairness, and the pragmatist doctrine in reality is an adornment of falsehood. And an attempt to obscure the truth and distance it from it.
