El Moufid is a translation manual Arabic-French for the beginners in which we will analyze the effects of the transliteration process used to transcribe the French items into Arabic; that is, from one writing system to another. Such issue, in fact, raised the following question: Is it possible to keep the same phonetic, phonological, morphological, and semantic features when using the transliteration process between two totally different writing systems such as: French and Arabic? Actually, it is not our case to treat such vague and complex question, but we will simply highlight the problematic of the oral transcription in what is called manual. El Moufid est un manuel de traduction arabe-français destiné à un public débutant dans lequel nous analyserons les effets du procédé de la translittération utilisée pour transcrire les items français en langue arabe, c'est-à-dire d’un système d’écriture à un autre. Une telle pratique a suscité notre interrogation majeure : le procédé de la translittération serait-il fidèle aux informations phonétique, phonologique, morphologique et sémantique entre deux systèmes d’écriture différents, à savoir celui du français et celui de l’arabe ? Il ne s’agit pas évidemment pour nous ici de traiter de cette question vaste et complexe, mais simplement de mettre en avant la nature problématique de la transcription de l’oral dans le ditmanuel. |
