|a إن مطلب كل دولة وتطور كل مجتمع في العالم هو أساسه التعليم والبحث العلمي من خلال إطارات قادرة على إنتاج المعرفة في عصر التقدم التكنولوجي والتغير الاجتماعي الهائل، ولعل من أساس تطور المجتمعات هو الأستاذ والطالب اللذان يعدان نقطة قوة وازدهار المجتمع، لابد من وجود مهارات اتصالية متميزة وآليات تكنولوجية أبرزها التعليم الإلكتروني والتوجه نحو مجتمع معرفة يكون قادر على مواجهة الصعاب والتقدم نحو الأمام والتطور والازدهار وتحقيق الجودة الشاملة في التعليم العالي وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة للمجتمع وتطوير الأفراد والحصول على مخرجات جامعية نوعية إنتاجا وإنتاجية.
|b The demand of every country and the development of every society in the world is based on education and scientific research through frameworks capable of producing knowledge in an era of technological progress and tremendous social change, and perhaps the basis for the development of societies is the professor and the student who are considered a point of strength and prosperity of society. There must be distinguished communication skills. And technological mechanisms, most notably e-learning and the orientation towards a knowledge society that is able to face difficulties, advance towards progress, development and prosperity, achieve comprehensive quality in higher education, achieve sustainable development for society, develop individuals, and obtain university outputs of quality production and productivity.
