|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتنمية الموارد الذاتية بمدارس التعليم الابتدائي بمنطقة عسير؛ وذلك من خلال التعرف على الإمكانات المادية والبشرية التي تمتلكها مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بمنطقة عسير، والتي يمكن توظيفها لتنمية مواردها الذاتية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس، وإلى الكشف عن الخطوات الإجرائية التي اتخذت من قبل مديري المدارس لتنمية الموارد الذاتية لمدارس التعليم الابتدائي بمنطقة عسير، والصعوبات التي تواجه تنمية الموارد الذاتية بتلك المدارس. وتم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه: التحليلي، والتطويري؛ حيث تمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة. تمثل مجتمع وعينة الدراسة في جميع أفراد المجتمع كعينة للدراسة (۲۰۳) مديري المدارس الابتدائية بمنطقة عسير للعام ١٤٤٥هـ. تم تحليل البيانات الكمية من خلال برمجية (SPSS)؛ ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: (۱) إن محور إمكانيات المدارس الابتدائية بمنطقة عسير لتنمية مواردها الذاتية جاء بمستوى متوسط؛ حيث بلغ متوسط استجابة عينة الدراسة على عبارات المحور (3.31)، وبانحراف معياري قدره (0.84). (۲) إن المتوسط العام لمحور الخطوات الإجرائية التي اتخذت من قبل مديري مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بمنطقة عسير لتنمية الموارد الذاتية للمدارس جاء بمستوى مرتفع؛ حيث بلغ متوسط استجابة عينة الدراسة على عبارات المحور (3.53)، وبانحراف معياري قدره (0.80). (۳) محور الصعوبات التي تواجه تنمية الموارد الذاتية من قبل مديري مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بمنطقة عسير جاء بمستوى مرتفع؛ حيث بلغ متوسط استجابة عينة الدراسة على عبارات المحور (4.03)، وبانحراف معياري قدره (0.85). وقد قدمت الدراسة في ضوء تلك النتائج تصوراً مقترحاً لتنمية الموارد الذاتية بمدارس التعليم الابتدائي بمنطقة عسير، وأوصت بضرورة تبني التصور المقترح من قبل مكتب التعليم بمنطقة عسير؛ لضمان توفير الموارد المستدامة واللازمة لتحقيق أهداف مؤسساته، وتطورها، ونموها.
|b The study aimed to present a proposed concept for developing self-resources in primary education schools in the Asir region, by identifying the material and human capabilities of primary education schools in the Asir region that can be utilized to develop their self-resources from the perspective of school principals, and to uncover the procedural steps taken by school principals to develop the self-resources of primary education schools in the Asir region, and the difficulties facing the development of self-resources in these schools. The descriptive approach was applied in its analytical and developmental methods, and the study tool was a questionnaire. The study population and sample represented all members of the population as the study sample (203) principals of primary schools in the Asir region for the year 1445 AH. Quantitative data was analyzed using the SPSS software. The most important results of the study were: 1- The axis of the capabilities of primary schools in the Asir region to develop their self-resources came at a moderate level, with an average response of the study sample on the axis statements of (3.31) with a standard deviation of (0.84).2-The general average of the axis of the procedural steps taken by the principals of primary education schools in the Asir region to develop the self-resources of the schools came at a high level, with an average response of the study sample on the axis statements of (3.53) with a standard deviation of (0.80).3-The axis of the difficulties facing the development of self-resources by the principals of primary education schools in the Asir region came at a high level, with an average response of the study sample on the axis statements of (4.03) with a standard deviation of (0.85).The study presented, in light of these results, a proposed concept for developing self-resources in primary education schools in the Asir region, and recommended the necessity of adopting the proposed concept by the Education Office in the Asir region to ensure the provision of sustainable resources necessary to achieve the objectives, development, and growth of its institutions.
