|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تحقق المعايير العالمية للتنمية المهنية في برامج التنمية المهنية للمعلمين في مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة حائل، ومقترحات تطويرها، والتعرف إلى الفروق بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد الدراسة التي تعزى لاختلاف المرحلة الدراسة، وسنوات الخدمة، وعدد الدورات التدريبية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة لجمع البيانات، تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في معلمي مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة حائل وعددهم (5100) معلماً، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (۳۱۲) معلماً تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، طبقت الدراسة في الفصل الثالث ١٤٤٥ه. وكانت النتائج: جاء التحقق الكلي للمعايير العالمية للتنمية المهنية في برامج التنمية المهنية للمعلمين في مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة حائل بدرجة متوسطة، وجاءت جميع الأبعاد الفرعية متحققة بدرجة متوسطة، لا يوجد فروق في استجابات أفراد الدراسة تبعاً لمتغيراتها، ما عدا متغير المرحلة الدراسية، وكانت الفروق لصالح معلمي المرحلتين الثانوية والابتدائية. أوصت الدراسة بتطوير برامج التنمية المهنية للمعلمين في مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة حائل - في معايير الإطار، والعمليات، المحتوى - في ضوء الاحتياجات الفعلية والتوجهات العالمية، مع التركيز على جوانب: تحقيق الإبداع في تصميم برامج التنمية المهنية، وإشراك المعلمين في التخطيط لها، وقياس أثر التنمية المهنية على المعلمين، وتوفير إطاراً عملياً لتحقيق التكامل بين خطة التنمية المهنية ورؤية المنظمة التعليمية، وتركيز البرامج على تنمية خبرات المعلم في مجالات تحقق أهداف المدرسة، وتنعكس على مخرجاتها.
|b This study aimed to identify the degree of applying the international standards for professional development in the professional development programs for teachers of public education schools in Hail, And proposals for its development, and to recognize the differences between the averages of responses of the study's sample which are attributed to school stage, years of experience and number of training courses. The researcher used the descriptive survey method and a questionnaire to get the data. The population of the study included the teachers of public education schools in Hail, they were 5100 teachers. The study sample contained 312 teachers, whom were chosen randomly. The results were: The total application of international standards for professional development in professional development programs for teachers was at a moderate degree, all sub-dimensions were applied at a moderate degree. There were not any differences in the responses of the study members according to their variables, except for the school stage variable. The study recommended developing professional development programs for teachers in public education schools in Hail according to actual needs and global trends, with concentrating on the following aspects: Integrating creativity into the design of professional development programs, involving teachers in planning these programs, measuring the impact of professional development on teachers, providing a practical framework for achieving integration between the professional development plan and the vision of the educational organization, and focusing the programs on developing the experiences of teachers in fields that achieve the school's goals and are reflected in its outcomes.
