المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير مدخل الهندسة البشرية على تحسين مستوى الأداء الاستراتيجي للمؤسسات بالتطبيق على شركات الاتصالات في مصر، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي للجزء الميداني والمنهج التحليلي للجزء النظري، كما تم الاعتماد على مصدرين لجمع البيانات هما المصادر الأولية من خلال استخدام قائمة استقصاء والتي تم توجيهها إلى عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في العاملين بشركات الاتصالات في مصر (شركة أورنج مصر، شركة اتصالات، شركة فودافون مصر، الشركة المصرية للاتصالات)؛ حيث بلغ حجم مفرداتها 384 مفردة، والمصادر الثانوية والتي تم جمعها من المراجع المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة، ولقد توصلت الدراسة التطبيقية إلى ظهور علاقة ارتباط طردية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجمالي أبعاد الهندسة البشرية وإجمالي أبعاد الأداء الاستراتيجي بشركات الاتصالات في مصر؛ بمعنى أنه إذا زاد الاهتمام بتطبيق أبعاد الهندسة البشرية فإن ذلك سيؤدي إلى زيادة مستوى الأداء الاستراتيجي بشركات الاتصالات في مصر.

The study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of the entrance of human engineering on improving the level of strategic performance of organizations by applying in the Egyptian telecommunication organizations, the study used the descriptive approach of the field part and the analytical approach of the theoretical part, and also relied on two sources of data collection, namely primary sources through the use of a survey list, which was directed to the study sample represented by employees of telecommunications organizations in Egypt (Orange Egypt, Etisalat, Vodafone Egypt, Egyptian telecommunication (We)); the sample reached 384 employees, secondary sources collected from references related to the subject of study, the field study indicates that there is a strong direct correlation with statistical significance between the total dimensions of human engineering and the total dimensions of strategic performance in telecommunication organizations in Egypt; that means if interest in applying the dimensions of human engineering increases, this will lead to an increasing in the level of strategic performance in telecommunications organizations in Egypt.
