المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى قياس أثر البراعة التنظيمية (براعة الاستكشاف، وبراعة الاستغلال، وهيكل تنظيمي مرن) في الأداء الاستراتيجي (المنظور المالي، ومنظور الزبون، ومنظور العمليات الداخلية، ومنظور التعلم والإبداع)، إذ اعتمد الباحث على المسح الميداني في جمع البيانات وتبويبها وتحليل وحدة المعاينة من جميع العاملين في شركة زين العراق للاتصالات محل الدراسة البالغ عددهم (١٨٠) موظف، وتم استهدافهم جميعا بأسلوب المسح الشامل، وتم استرداد (١٧٢) وقد بلغ عدد الاستبانات غير الصالحة للتحليل (٨)، وعليه فإن البيانات الصالحة للتحليل قدرها (١٦٦) أي أن نسبة الاستجابة بلغت (92.2%). وحددت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، لعل أهمها وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (a ≤ 0.05) للبراعة التنظيمية (براعة الاستكشاف، وبراعة الاستغلال، وهيكل تنظيمي مرن) في الأداء الاستراتيجي (المنظور المالي، ومنظور الزبون، ومنظور العمليات الداخلية، ومنظور التعلم والإبداع. وأوصى الباحثان بضرورة أن تحرص شركة زين للاتصالات بتحسين التكنولوجيا المستخدمة بشكل دوري من أجل توفير خدمات متطورة واستثمارها بشكل أمثل، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى توسع الشركة، وزيادة عدد الزبائن، إضافة إلى الزبائن الحاليين

The present study aims to measure the effect of organizational Ambidexterity (exploration Ambidexterity, exploitation Ambidexterity, and flexible organizational structure) on the strategic performance (financial perspective, customer perspective, internal operations perspective, learning and creativity perspective). As the researcher relied on the field survey in collecting and tabulating data and analyzing the inspection unit from all employees of Zain Iraq Telecommunications Company under study, whose number is (180) employees, All of them were targeted by the comprehensive survey method, as was retrieved (172) has reached the number of questionnaires not valid for analysis (8), and therefore Data valid for analysis of (166) that is the ratio of a response rate (92.2%). The study concludes with many results, the most important of which is the presence of a statistically significant effect at (a ≤ 0.05) level of organizational Ambidexterity (exploration ambidexterity, exploitation ambidexterity, and flexible organizational structure) in strategic performance (financial perspective, customer perspective, internal operations perspective, perspective). The researcher also recommended that Zain Telecom should be keen to improve the technology used periodically in order to provide advanced services and optimize their investment, which leads to the expansion of the company and increase the number of customers in addition to existing customers.
