|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى الممارسات الإدارية بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة، ومستوى البيئة المدرسية الآمنة بمدينة جدة بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة. واشتملت عينة البحث على (٣٦٧) مفردة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للبحث. واستعانت الباحثة بالاستبانة كأداة للبحث، وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: أن مستوى الممارسات الإدارية في المرحلة المتوسطة جاء بدرجة استجابة (عالية)، كما أن مستوى البيئة المدرسية الآمنة بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة جاء بدرجة استجابة (عالية). وقد أوصى البحث بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة تطوير مهارات مدراء المدارس في الممارسات الإدارية، والعمل على تحسين وتطوير البنية التحتية في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة جدة.
|b The research aimed to identify the level of administrative practices in middle schools, and the level of the safe school environment in Jeddah in middle schools. The research sample included (367) items, and the researcher used the descriptive approach as a research method. The researcher used the questionnaire as a research tool. The researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The level of administrative practices in the middle stage came with a (high) response rate, and the level of the safe school environment in middle schools came with a (high) response rate. The research recommended many recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of developing the skills of school principals in administrative practices, and working to improve and develop the infrastructure in middle schools in Jeddah.
