|b In an uncertain environment characterized by the paradox of the absolute absence of contracts and increase of the sector's regulatory constraints, the dynamics of informal freight transport in Morocco often involve the presence of trust or, more broadly, of social capital, of which Dam'n, tertius gaudens, plays a role as guarantor of the community order (Lkelma, Niya and Lmaqu'ul) rather than the judicial order (contracts,...). In fact, the exchange relations of informal freight transport in Morocco, a priori non-contractual and uncertain, are governed by a "social algorithm" based on interpersonal trust, earlier than "blind or calculative" trust.
|d Dans un environnement incertain caractérisé par le paradoxe de l'absence absolue des contrats et de l'hyperinflation des contraintes règlementaires du secteur, la dynamique de Transport Informel de Marchandises au Maroc implique souvent la présence de la confiance ou plus largement du capital social dont Dam'n, tertius gaudens, joue un rôle de garant de l'ordre communautaire (Lkelma, Niya et Lmaqu'ul) plutôt que l'ordre judiciaire (contrats,...). À cet effet, les relations d'échanges du transport informel de marchandises au Maroc, a priori non contractuelles et incertaines, sont gouvernées par "un algorithme social" fondé sur la confiance interpersonnelle, et non une confiance "aveugle ou calculatoire".
