|a هدفت الدارسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لإعادة هيكلة السياسات التعليمية بالجامعات السعودية لتحقيق التنافسية في سوق العمل، وتحديد متطلبات إعادة هيكلة السياسات التعليمية بالجامعات السعودية لتحقيق التنافسية في سوق العمل من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات السعودية، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، واستخدام أسلوب دلفاي Delphi لتحكيم التصور المقترح، وتم اختيار عينة تكونت من (۲۱۱) قائداً أكاديمياً. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة موافقة عينة الدراسة على متطلبات إعادة هيكلة السياسات التعليمية بالجامعات السعودية لتحقيق التنافسية في سوق العمل جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما جاءت متوسطة على بعدين هما: بعد المتطلبات المادية والتقنية، وبعد المتطلبات البشرية، بينما جاءت على بعد متطلبات الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص، كما قدمت الدراسة تصوراً مقترحاً لإعادة هيكلة السياسات التعليمية بالجامعات السعودية لتحقيق التنافسية في سوق العمل.
|b The study aimed to present a proposed vision for restructuring educational policies in Saudi universities to achieve competitiveness in the labor market, and to determine the requirements for restructuring educational policies in Saudi universities to achieve competitiveness in the labor market from the point of view of academic leaders in Saudi universities. The descriptive survey approach and the questionnaire were relied upon as a tool to collect Data, and using the Delphi method to evaluate the proposed vision, and a sample consisting of (211) academic leaders was selected. The results of the study concluded that the degree of agreement of the study sample with the requirements for restructuring educational policies in Saudi universities to achieve competitiveness in the labor market was moderate, and it was moderate on two dimensions: the material and technical requirements dimension, and the human requirements dimension, while it came on the dimension of partnership requirements with the sector. The study also presented a proposed scenario for restructuring educational policies in Saudi universities to achieve competitiveness in the labor market.
