|a ثمة مشكلة لغوية في الواقع التعليمي للناطقين بغير الفصحى في العالم عموما، وفي البلدان غير العربية خصوصا. وهذه الإشكالية طرحت فكرة أهمية إنجاز معجم مدرسي باللغة العربية الفصيحة، يساعد على اكتساب اللغة العربية. وكان معجم الدوحة التاريخي للغة العربية ومدونته اللغوية مصدر استثمار لتحقيق ذلك الهدف التربوي، لكن تحت إشكالية، وهي: كيف يمكن استثماره؟ وما هي الخطوات المنهجية للاستفادة منه؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد انتهج الباحث منهج الاستقراء، بالتعاون مع توظيف بعض أدوات الإحصاء، كما اعتمد النظرية المعجمية والصناعة المعجمية للمقاربة. وقد تحققت نتائج، من أهمها، أنه يمكن استثمار معجم الدوحة ومدونته اللغوية لحل بعض المشاكل المتعلقة بإنجاز معجم مدرسي، من خلال توظيفهما، لكن بطرق مختلفة، كما بينت الدراسة على بعض الخطوات المنهجية لتحقيق هذا الهدف، من خلال توظيف المدونة اللغوية للمعجم باستعمال تعديلات في طبيعتها. بالإضافة إلى النتائج السابقة، حققت الدراسة كذلك نتائج أخرى مفاهيمية تتعلق بالدراسة الاصطلاحية في الحقل المعجمي والتربوي.
|b There is a linguistic problem in the educational realm for those who speak non-standard Arabic, both globally and particularly in non-Arabic-speaking countries. This phenomenon has led to the concept of a compilation of a learner's dictionary in Standard Arabic to aid in learning the Standard Arabic language. The Doha Historical Dictionary of the Arabic Language and its linguistic corpus were seen as potential resources to achieve this educational objective, but there is a question as to how to utilize them. What are the best steps to take to get the most benefits from them? The research followed a survey approach and utilized statistical tools, lexicographical theories, and approaches to reach its conclusions. The findings indicate that the Doha Historical Dictionary and its linguistic corpus can be utilized to address some of the challenges in creating a learner's dictionary but through different methods. The study also outlines several steps that can be taken to accomplish this goal, such as modifying the linguistic corpus of the dictionary, in addition to other conceptual and terminological results in the lexicographical and educational fields.
