المستخلص: تبحث هذه الدراسة في طبيعة الصراع في تأويل النصوص داخل المجتمع، ذلك الصراع الناتج عن تعدد معاني النص، واختلاف منظورات التأويل ومصالح من يؤول. إننا ندرك أن هناك حاجة إلى البحث في سياسات التأويل وآفاق تدبير الصراع التأويلي، وذلك إيمانا بأن المجتمع يناهض دوما التعدد التأويلي المفرط حتى يحفظ مصالحه. ولعل هذا البحث سيكون نقاشا حول كيفية الدفاع عن الحق في التأويل، والذي سيكون حقا ذا طبيعة اجتماعية. وتؤطر هذه الدراسة ذاتها وفق المقاربة الهيرمينوطيقية التي تفكر في القواعد التي تفضي بالمؤول إلى فهم النصوص بشكل جيد، لكن التفكير الهيرمينوطيقي يجد أن التأويل يقع في مأزق نزوع الذات المؤولة إلى اختيار القواعد التأويلية التي تجلب المصالح الخاصة، وهو ما يوقع أطراف التأويل في صراع دائم. وهذا ما تعرفه النصوص المختلف في معناها مثل النصوص الدينية والسياسية والتاريخية والذاكراتية خاصة تلك المتعلقة بالجرائم والمظالم، وهكذا يصير لهذه النصوص معان مختلفة وصراعات لا حد لها. وتضبط هذه الدراسة إلى منهجية تحليل المضمون على نحو استنباطي. وذلك انطلاقا من الأهداف التالية: البحث في أهمية الافتراضات المسبقة التي تدعم التأويل وكيفية نشوئها وتجددها، مع رصد أهمية الصراع التأويلي بالنسبة للنص، ثم استخلاص الأخلاق التأويلية التي تدبر الصراع التأويلي وتحفظ الحق في التأويل. وننتهي أخيرا إلى البحث في أهمية الدرجة الصفر للصراع التأويلي بالنسبة لأطراف التأويل حيث تكون هذه الأطراف خاسرة، ما يدعو هذه الأطراف إلى تبني نموذج تأويلي مشترك ويتم تحصيل مصالح تأويلية موحدة.

This study examines the nature of the conflict in the interpretation of texts within society, which results from the multiplicity of meanings of the text, different perspectives of interpretation and the interests of those who constrain. We recognize that there is a need to examine the politics of interpretation and the prospects for the measure of interpretation of conflict, in the belief that society is always opposed to excessive interpretation in order to safeguard its interests. Perhaps this research will be a debate on how to defend the right to interpretation, which will indeed be of a social nature. This same study is framed by the Hermeinocultural approach, which contemplates rules that lead the administrator to understand the texts well, but Hermeenocci thinking finds that interpretation falls into the dilemma of the self-determination to choose the interpretative rules that bring about special interests, thereby placing the parties to interpretation in a constant conflict. This is known in different texts such as religious, political, historical and subjective texts, especially those relating to crimes and injustices, and thus these texts have different meanings and unlimited conflicts. This study is adjusted to the methodology for devaluing content. This is based on the following objectives: to examine the importance of prejudices that support interpretation and how they arise and regenerate, while monitoring the importance of interpretative conflict to the text, and then to draw interpretative ethics that manage interpretative conflict and preserve the right to interpretation. Finally, we conclude by examining the importance of the zero degree of interpretative conflict for the parties to the interpretation where they are losing, which calls on those parties to adopt a common interpretation model and to collect common interpretive interests.
