المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى واقع ممارسة مدراء المدارس الفلسطينية للقيادة التحويلية وعلاقته بجودة التعليم من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي من خلال تطبيق استبانة للقيادة التحويلية مكونة من (٢٤) فقرة موزعة على أربع مجالات واستبانة لمعايير جودة التعليم في المدارس مكونة من (۳۰) فقرة موزعة على خمس مجالات أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (۳۸۱) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم الفلسطينية في الضفة الغربية اختيروا عشوائيا وبعد جمع بيانات الدراسة وتحليلها إحصائيا أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية لدى مديري المدارس الفلسطينية كانت مرتفعة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، كما كانت درجة تطبيق معايير جودة التعليم في المدارس الفلسطينية مرتفعة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحثان بمجموعة من التوصيات.

The current study aimed to identify the reality of the practice of transformational leadership by Palestinian school principals and its relationship with the quality of education from the teachers' perspective. To achieve the study's objectives, the researchers used the descriptive correlational method by applying a transformational leadership questionnaire consisting of 24 items distributed across four domains, and a questionnaire on the standards of education quality in schools consisting of 30 items distributed across five domains. The study was conducted on a random sample of 381 teachers from schools under the Palestinian Ministry of Education in the West Bank, who were randomly selected. After collecting and statistically analyzing the study data, the results showed that the degree of practice of transformational leadership among Palestinian school principals was high from the teachers' perspective, as was the degree of application of education quality standards in Palestinian schools. The results revealed a positive and statistically significant relationship between the degree of transformational leadership practice by school principals and the degree of application of education quality standards in Palestinian schools from the teachers' perspective. In light of the study's results, the researchers made a set of recommendations.
