|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة دور متطلبات إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي في المنظمات الصناعية بساحل حضرموت جرى التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: أن مستوى متطلبات إدارة المعرفة كان مرتفعاً، بمتوسط حسابي (3.81)، ومستوى توافر التميز المؤسسي كان مرتفعاً بمتوسط حسابي (3.92)، ووجود متطلبات إدارة المعرفة والتميز المؤسسي في المنظمات الصناعية بساحل حضرموت، حيث كانت العلاقة قوية ((R= 0.850، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول العلاقة بين متطلبات إدارة المعرفة والتميز المؤسسي في المنظمات الصناعية بمحافظة حضرموت، تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية (الجنس، المسمى الوظيفي، المستوى التعليمي، سنوات الخدمة)، وبناء على ما جاء في النتائج، جرى اقتراح عدد من التوصيات، أبرزها: إعطاء الوقت الكافي للعامين لمشاركة وتطبيق المعرفة، وإيجاد مساحة كافية للتفكير والإبداع، والتحول من أنماط العمل الفردي إلى نمط العمل الجماعي في فرق عمل ذاتية.
|b The aim of the current research aimed to identify the role of knowledge management requirements in achieving institutional excellence in industrial organizations in coast of Hadhramaut. A set of results were reached, most notably: that the level of knowledge management requirements was high with a mean of (3.81), and the level of availability of institutional excellence was high with a mean of (3.92). And the existence of requirements for knowledge management and institutional excellence in industrial organizations in coast of Hadhramaut, where the relationship was strong (R = 0.850), There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the answers of the study sample members regarding the relationship between knowledge management requirements and institutional excellence in industrial organizations in Hadramaut Governorate due to personal and functional variables (gender, job title, educational level, years of service). and based on what was stated in the results, a number of recommendations were proposed, the most prominent of which are: giving sufficient time to workers to share and apply knowledge and creating sufficient space for thinking, creativity, and transformation.
