المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف الاحتياجات التدريبية لمربيات رياض الأطفال في ضوء متطلبات التعليم الإلكتروني والتحول الرقمي من وجهة نظرهن في مدينة اللاذقية، وإلى تعرف الفروق في درجة معرفتهن لهذه الاحتياجات تبعاً للمتغيرات الآتية (المؤهل العلمي والتربوي، عدد سنوات الخبرة). ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم تصميم استبانة تضمنت (32) عبارة، ضمت ثلاثة مجالات، تطبيقها على عينة بلغت على (274) مربية روضة للعام الدراسي 2018/2019، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي. وللتحقق من صدق الاستبانة عرضت على مجموعة مؤلفة من (9) محكمين مختصين في كليتي التربية بجامعتي دمشق وتشرين. وتم التأكد من ثباتها بتطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية شملت (28) مربية روضة، ثم تم حساب معامل ألفا كرونباخ (Cronbach – Alpha)، والذي بلغت قيمته (0.889)، ومعامل غوتمان الذي بلغ (0.895)، وهذا يشير إلى ثبات عال للاستبانة. أكدت نتائج البحث أن الاحتياجات التدريبية لمربيات رياض الأطفال في ضوء متطلبات التعليم الإلكتروني والتحول الرقمي من وجهة نظرهن في مدينة اللاذقية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة البحث حول درجة معرفتهن باحتياجاتهم التدريبية تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والتربوي لصالح حملة (الإجازة الجامعية ودبلوم التأهيل التربوي)، وتبعاً لمتغير عند سنوات الخبرة لصالح ذوي الخبرة (أقل من 5 سنوات). وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدمت مقترحات عديدة أهمها ضرورة القيام بدورات تدريبية لتتلاءم مع احتياجات مربيات رياض الأطفال، وتجهيز مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بالمخابر والتقنيات الإلكترونية وغيرها لتلبية احتياجات الأطفال.

The research aim to identify the Training Needs for Kindergartens Teachers in the light of the Electronic Education and Digital Transformation Requirements from their points of view in Lattakia City, also to define the differences in the Teachers point of view about the Training Needs according to these variables (scientific qualification, years of experience). The research used the descriptive analytical approach. To achieve the object of the research a questionnaire has been included (32) statements distributed into three sections, were applied on sample (274) Teachers during the academic year of (2018-2019). Validity of the questionnaire was established though a number (9) of the teaching staff of faculty at Damascus and Tishreen Universities. Pilot sample consisted of (28) Teachers, Reliability was established through Cronbach - Alpha (0.889), and Guttman Split-Half (0.895) which indicate to high Reliability to questionnaire. The research results showed that the Kindergarten Teachers training needs in the light of the Electronic Education and Digital Transformation Requirements came a middle-grade. In fact, there are found differences from the view point of the of sample of Teachers research about the training needs in the light of the Electronic Education and Digital Transformation Requirements according to the variable scientific qualification in favour of license and the Education Preparation Diploma, and according to the variable years of experience, in favour of experienced (less from of 5 years). In light of the findings of the research results, Among these suggestions was the application training courses for Kindergarten Teachers to suitability with the needs for Kindergartens Teachers, and preparation the Kindergarten of Institutions in laboratory and technique to carry out the children needs.
