|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة حماية حقوق أصحاب المصالح في البنوك وأثرها في تعزيز إدارة المخاطر المتعلقة بالزبائن، بحيث عرفت هذه الأخيرة اهتماما كبيرا لدى الباحثين والبنوك لما لها دورا فعالا في نجاعة البنوك. تم التركيز في هاته الدراسة على الاستبانة كأداة للبحث العلمي وللوصول لنتيجة البحث، وتم توزيعها على موظفي البنوك الجزائرية، كما تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستعملنا في تحليل البيانات على spss22 للوصول إلى نتيجة الدراسة، وخلصنا إلى أن مساهمة حماية حقوق أصحاب المصالح تعزز من إدارة مخاطر زبائن البنوك الجزائرية.
|b This research aims to study the protection of the rights of stakeholders in banks and its impact on enhancing risk management related to customers, as the latter has received great interest among researchers and banks because of their effective role in the efficiency of banks. In this study, the focus was on the questionnaire as a tool for scientific research and to reach the results of the research. It was distributed to Algerian bank employees. The descriptive analytical method was also relied upon. We used spss22 to analyze the data to reach the result of the study. We concluded that the contribution of protecting the rights of stakeholders enhances Risk management for Algerian bank customers.
