| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف على مدى تبني عمليات إدارة المعرفة ومساهمتها في جودة التعليم العالي، بإجراء دراسة مقارنة بين كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير وكلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية بجامعة خميس مليانة. حيث تم استخدام المنهجين: الوصفي والتحليلي، وإعداد استبانة مكونة من جزئين الجزء الأول خاص بالمعلومات الشخصية والوظيفية والجزء الثاني هو مجال الدراسة حيث قسم هذا الأخير إلى ثلاثة محاور تشتمل على 31 فقرة، قد أسفرت الدراسة إلى وجود مساهمة ضعيفة لإدارة المعرفة في جودة التعليم العالي في الكليتين. |b This research aimed to explore the extent of the adoption of knowledge management processes and their contribution to the quality of higher education. A comparative analysis was conducted between two faculties- the faculty of Economics, commercial and Management Sciences, and the faculty of Law and Political Science- at Khemis Meliana University. Employing both descriptive and analytical methodologies, the study was structured around a two-part survey. The first part gathered personal and professional data, while the second part delved into the field of study, segmented into three axes with a total of 31 items. The findings of this research suggest that knowledge management has a limited contribution to enhancing the quality of higher education at both faculties. | ||
