المستخلص: يعتبر فريق العمل في عصر الانفجار المعرفي والمنافسة من أجل امتلاك الإبداع، عنصرا حيويا يساهم في توجيه سلوك المورد البشري وتحرير مواهبه، ضمن رؤية استراتيجية متكاملة، تعمل على تدفق المعلومات والمعارف لتجديد الذات الإبداعية للمبدع وزيادة مستوى ولائه التنظيمي، عند تحويل معارفه الضمنية إلى إبداعات معلنة تستفيد منها المؤسسة. وعليه تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهمية فريق العمل في تقدير وتطوير الجانب الإبداعي لأعضائه، وعلاقة ذلك بتنمية الولاء اتجاه المؤسسة، لتقوية الروابط الوظيفية والمعنوية له، ومن أجل تشخيص العلاقة بين المتغيرين تم توظيف منهج دراسة الحالة، واعتماد الاستمارة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، حيث وزعت على عينة قصدية مكونة من 122 فرد مبدع في مؤسسة كوندور، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرين، لكن مستوى العلاقة بينهما كان ضعيفا.

In the age of knowledge explosion and competition for possession creativity, the work team is a vital element that contributes to directing the behavior of the human resource and liberating its talents, within an integrated strategic vision, it work on the flow of information and knowledge to renew the creative self of the creator and increase the level of his organizational loyalty, when transforming his implicit knowledge into declarative creations that benefit the organization Accordingly, this research paper aims to highlight the importance of the work team in appreciating and developing the creative side of its members, and the relationship of this to the development of loyalty towards the institution, to strengthen the functional and moral links. Accordingly, this research paper aims to highlight the importance of the work team in appreciating and developing the creative side of its members, and the relationship of this to the development of loyalty towards the institution, to strengthen the functional and moral links, in order to diagnose the relationship between the two variable, the case study method was employed, the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting information, as it was distributed to an purposive sample of 122 creative individuals at the condor foundation, after statistical processing of the data, the results showed that there is a statistical significance of the relationship between the two variable, but the level of relationship between them was low.
