|a تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على مدى أثر القيادة على كفاءة الاتصالات الإدارية في مراقبة التربية والتعليم بمدينة بني وليد، حيث يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الموظفين في المراقبة الذي بلغ عددهم (200) موظف، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (156) مفردة وكان عدد الاستبيانات الموزعة (184) استبيان، نسبة المسترجعة منها والصالحة لأغراض البحث العلمي (85%) واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أولا: إن الأسلوب القيادة المتبع المراقبة هو الأسلوب الأوتوقراطي، حيث إن هذا الأسلوب لا يساهم في نجاح عملية الاتصال. ثانيا: إن فعالية نظام الاتصالات تختلف من قائد إلى آخر حسب خبرته وقدرته. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها وجوب إتباع أسلوب قيادي يساهم في نجاح عملية الاتصالات داخل المراقبة، ويخلق روح التعاون فيما يسهم حتى يتم إنجاز الأعمال والمهام دون تأخير.
|b The study aims to identify the extent of the impact of leadership on the efficiency of administrative communications in the Education Supervision Department in Bani Walid City, where the study community consists of all employees in the department, numbered (200) employees and the study sample was (156) individuals and the number of distributed questionnaires was (184) questionnaires, the percentage of those returned and valid for scientific research purposes was (85%). The study relied on the descriptive approach and this study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: First: The leadership style followed by the department is the autocratic style, which does not contribute to the success of the communication process. Second: The effectiveness of the communication system varies from one leader to another according to his experience and ability. This study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of following a leadership style that contributes to the success of the communication process within the department, and creates a spirit of cooperation in what contributes to the completion of work and tasks without delay.
