|b The Algerian legislator did not intervene to establish modern protective rules for maritime public properties and was satisfied with the classic rules established by the French legislator, which have not achieved the desired objectives to date. In the context of the rapid development of automation and generative artificial intelligence, it is worth questioning the importance of these technologies in providing the "missing" protection of natural maritime public properties. This article aims to explore how automation and artificial intelligence can be mobilized to protect maritime public properties and to assess their effectiveness in this area.
