المستخلص: هذا الموضوع من الموضوعات المهمة التي تتعلق بالأولاد وخصوصا من بلغوا سن العاشرة، وقد حاولت جاهدة إبرازه وظهوره ليكون بيّنا وواضحا لكل من يبحث عن حكم من أحكام الأولاد في سن العاشرة في العبادات وخصوصا الصلاة. ويأتي هذا الموضوع تأصيلا لقول النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) وأمره للأولياء أن يأمروا أولادهم الذين بلغوا العشر بأهم العبادات والأحكام الشرعية. هذا الموضوع الذي ألهمني الله بالكتابة فيه وإن لم يكن معاصرا إلا أنه موضوع مهم وله أثره الذي يترتب عليه، وأحكام الأولاد مميزين وغير مميزين موضوع واسع لا يسع البحث كتابة جميع الأحكام الفقهية التي تتعلق به فأبواب الفقه كثيرة منها العبادات بجميع أبوابها، والمعاملات بجميع أبوابها، والأسرة بجميع أبوابها، والجنايات بجميع أبوابها، والقضاء وغير ذلك من أبواب الفقه. ولذلك حاولت جاهدة اختصار الموضوع وتركيزه في نقطة واحدة وهي ما ذُكِر من أوامر شرعية للأولاد في سن العاشرة في حديث النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) فيما رواه عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده (مروا أولادكم بالصلاة وهم أبناء سبع سنين واضربوهم عليها وهم أبناء عشر وفرِّقوا بينهم في المضاجع)

This topic is one of the important topics related to children, especially those who have reached the age of ten, and I have tried hard to highlight it and its appearance to be clear and clear to everyone looking for a provision of the provisions of children at the age of ten in worship, especially prayer. This topic comes in line with the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and his command to the guardians to order their children who have reached the age of ten to observe the most important acts of worship and legal rulings. Therefore, I tried hard to summarize the topic and focus it in one point, which is what was mentioned of the legal orders for children at the age of ten in the hadith of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم in what Amr bin Shuaib narrated from his father from his grandfather (pass your children through prayer when they are seven years old and beat them when they are ten years old and differentiate between them in the dormitory).
