|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الإدارة المدرسية نحو تطوير الأنشطة الرياضية، والكشف عن الفروق في هذه الاتجاهات بمدارس محافظة البريمي وولاية صحار بمحافظة شمال الباطنة والتي تعزى لمتغيرات (المسمى الوظيفي- النوع الاجتماعي)، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي على عينة قوامها (١٠٥) مدير ومساعد مدير من محافظة البريمي وولاية صحار بمحافظة شمال الباطنة، ولتحقيق ذلك قامت تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (٤٦) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور وهي: (اتجاه الإدارة المدرسية نحو معلم الرياضة المدرسية، واتجاه الإدارة المدرسية نحو ممارسة الأنشطة المدرسية، واتجاه الإدارة المدرسية نحو الجهات المعنية بتنفيذ الأنشطة الرياضية بالمدارس)، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن اتجاهات الإدارة المدرسية نحو تطوير الأنشطة الرياضية بمدارس محافظة البريمي وولاية صحار جاءت بمستوى اتجاه عالي على المحور الأول، ومتوسط على المحورين الثاني والثالث، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق داله إحصائيا لأثر متغير المسمى الوظيفي، ومتغير النوع الاجتماعي. وقد أوت الدراسة بتعزيز الاتجاه الإيجابي لدى بعض مديري مدارس محافظة البريمي وولاية صحار نحو الجهات المعنية بالأنشطة الرياضية بالمدارس.
|b This study aimed to identify the school administration’s attitudes towards the development of sports activities, and to reveal the differences in these Attitudes in the schools of Al Buraimi Governorate and Sohar Governorate in North Al Batinah Governorate, which are attributed to the variables (job title - gender), the study used the descriptive approach on a sample of (105) Director and assistant director from the governorates of Al Buraimi and Sohar in the North Al Batinah Governorate. To achieve this, a questionnaire was prepared consisting of (46) items distributed on three axes: (the school administration’s attitude towards the school sports teacher, the school administration’s attitude towards practicing school activities, and the attitude of the school administration towards practicing school activities, and the direction School administration towards the authorities concerned with implementing sports activities in schools), and the results of the study showed that the school administration’s Attitudes towards developing sports activities in the schools of Buraimi and Sohar came with a high trend level on the first axis, and average on the second and third axes, and the results also indicated that there were no significant differences Statistically for the effect of the job title variable and the gender variable. The study reinforced the positive attitude of some school principals in Al Buraimi and Sohar towards the authorities concerned with sports activities in the schools.
