هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقويم منهاج الرياضيات للصف السابع الأساسي ومدى تضمينها للمهارات الحياتية؛ من خلال تحديد قائمة بالمهارات الحياتية اللازمة لتعلم الطلبة، فتعلم الرياضيات والفهم المعمق له يتطلب التمكن من المهارات الحياتية؛ كي يستطيع الطالب توظيفها في السياق الاجتماعي والوطني، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اتبعت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاستعانة بأسلوب تحليل المحتوى، حيث قامت الباحثتان بوضع قائمة بالمهارات الحياتية الواجب توافرها في منهاج الرياضيات للصف السابع، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، ثم القيام بتحليل المنهاج في ضوئها، وقد بينت النتائج قصور تضمين الأهداف للمهارات الحياتية، رغم وجود اهتمام واضح في تضمين المهارات الحياتية المحتوى منهاج الرياضيات للصف السابع، ووجود تكامل بين الفصلين الأول والثاني في تناول المهارات الحياتية، وأكثر المهارات الحياتية ظهورا هي مهارة حل المشكلات من بين المهارات الحياتية، وما زالت الكثير من المهارات الحياتية لم تتضمن في محتوى منهاج الصف السابع أو أهدافه ولكي تترسخ المفاهيم ترسخا أعمق من الجيد إثراء المحتوى بالأنشطة التي تحتوي جميع المهارات الحياتية بنسب معقولة حسب المستوى العمري والعقلي للطالب، وتوصي الباحثتان بالسعي في تحديد قائمة للمهارات الحياتية لكل مرحلة دراسية، وتطوير منهاج الرياضيات في ضوء هذه المهارات، والعناية بالدراسات التي تعنى بتطوير أدوات لتلك المهارات، مثل الأنشطة الصفية واللاصفية والرحلات الميدانية. كما تقترح الباحثتان تقديم أدوات مساعدة للمعلمين؛ كي تكون معينة لهم في مراقبة تطور الطلبة.
This study aimed to evaluate the mathematics curriculum for the seventh grade and the extent to which it includes life skills. By specifying a list of life skills necessary for students to learn. Learning mathematics and an in-depth understanding of it requires mastery of life skills. So that the student can employ it in the social and national context, and to achieve the objectives of this study, the researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach using the content analysis method, where the researchers developed a list of life skills that must be available in the mathematics curriculum for the seventh grade, and their validity and reliability were verified, and then they analyzed the curriculum in light of it. The results showed that there is a clear interest in including life skills in the mathematics curriculum for the seventh grade, and there is an integration between the first and second semesters in dealing with life skills, and the most apparent life skill is the problem-solving skill among the life skills, and many life skills are still not included in the content. The seventh grade curriculum or its objectives, and in order for the concepts to become more firmly established, it is good to enrich the content with activities that contain all life skills in reasonable proportions according to the age and mental level of the student. The two researchers recommend striving to determine a list of life skills for each academic stage, developing the mathematics curriculum in light of these skills, and paying attention to Studies that are concerned with developing tools for these skills, such as classroom and extracurricular activities and field trips.
