المستخلص: يعد التقدم العلمي من مميزات عصرنا الحاضر إذ شمل جوانب الحياة المختلفة بما فيها الجانب الرياضي الذي تفاعل مع العلوم الطبيعية والإنسانية أما المشكلة جاءت مشكلة البحث من خلال تخصص الباحثين في لعبة كرة اليد كونها مارست هذه اللعبة في الدروس العملية في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة لبنات جامعة بغداد وهدف العلاقة بين دافعية الإنجاز التوجه التنافسي ودقة التصويب من القفز عاليا بكره اليد لدى لاعبات منتخب الجامعة أما منهجية البحث حيث استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي وتطرقت عن المجتمع وعينة البحث حيث شملت عينة البحث واختارتها بالطريقة العمدية تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية من المجمع (14 لاعبة) من (4 لاعبة للتجربة الاستطلاعية) ثم عرض وتحليل النتائج وأما بالنسبة إلى أهم الاستنتاجات والتوصيات حيث كانت أهم الاستنتاجات هناك ارتباط معنوي بين مستوى دافعية الإنجاز التوجه التنافسي ومهارة التصويب بكرة اليد لدى لاعبات منتخب الجامعة بكرة اليد. وأما التوصيات فهي التأكيد على الاهتمام بدراسة مستوى دافعية الإنجاز والتوجيه التنافسي بوصفه حالة شخصية تؤثر استجاباتها في الرياضي وتحديد البعد المؤثر في الأداء مهارة التصويب بكرة اليد والتأكيد على أهمية دافعية الإنجاز والتوجه النفسي لدى اللاعبات منتخب الجامعة

Scientific progress is one of the advantages of our present time. The most important aspects of life, including the sports side that interacted with the natural and human sciences. As for the problem, the problem of research came through the specialization of researchers in the handball game, as it practiced this game in practical lessons in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for the University of Baghdad University The goal of the relationship between the motivation of the completion is the competitive orientation and the accuracy of the correction of the high jumping by hating the hand of the university team players. As for the research methodology, where the researchers used the descriptive approach and touched on the community and the research sample, where the research sample included and chose it in the intentional way. The research sample was chosen in the random way from the complex (14 players) From (4 players for the exploratory experience), then present and analyze the results. As for the most important conclusions and recommendations, where the most important conclusions were there is a moral correlation between the level of motivation, the competitive direction and the skill of handling handball among the university's handball team players The recommendations are to emphasize the interest in studying the level of achievement motivation and competitive guidance as a personal case whose responses affect the athlete and determine the dimension affecting the performance of the skill of shooting handball and emphasize the importance of achievement motivation and psychological orientation among the players of the university team
