المستخلص: نحن أمام واقع جديد وضروري استيعابه ألا وهي إدارة الأزمات التعليمية، حيث يقع العبء الأكبر في عملية إدارة الأزمات التعليمية ومعالجتها على إدارة الجامعة رغم تطلب الجهود حيث نحتاج إلى وضع خطة، لا تحتوي على خطوات معينة ومحددة وإنما تتضمن قوائم معلومات ونقاط تذكيرية لما يجب عمله ونماذج توثيق كيفية الاستجابة، حيث تشير الأدبيات إلى أن عملية التقويم تسهم إيجابيا في عملية التخطيط وتكون ذات فعالية في الميدان التعليمي وكان من أهداف البحث هو بناء وتطبيق مقياس لإدارة الزامات الناتجة من جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر الأساتذة، واختيارهم الطريقة العشوائية وبمنهجية البحث الوصفي، وكانت نتائج البحث تشير إلى أن التدريسيين لكليات وأقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في بغداد يمتلكون مستوى متوسط في كل من إدارة الأزمات التعليمية وفي التخطيط لإدارة الزامات وتوفير نظام اتصال وتوفير مهارات القيادة وفي تكوين طريق العمل حيث أوصى الباحث باستثمار نقاط القوة وجعلها حافزا لتطوير مستوى العمل وتنمية وتعزيز مستوى التدريسيين في إدارة الأزمات التعليمية، وهذا من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة الأهلية والحكومية في بغداد.

We are now facing a new reality that must be understood, which is educational crisis management, as the greatest burden in the process of managing and dealing with educational crises falls on the university administration, despite the effort required, as we need to develop a plan that does not contain specific and specific steps, but rather includes lists of information and reminders of what should be done and models for documenting how to respond, as the literature indicates that the evaluation process contributes positively to the planning process and is effective in the educational field. One of the objectives of the research was to build and apply a scale for managing crises resulting from the Corona pandemic from the point of view of professors, and their choice of the random method and the descriptive research methodology. The results of the research indicated that the instructors of the faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Baghdad have an average level in each of educational crisis management and in planning to manage crises and providing a communication system and providing leadership skills and in forming the path of work, as the researcher recommended investing in strengths and making them an incentive to develop the level of work and develop and enhance the level of instructors in educational crisis management, and this is from the point of view of faculty members in private and governmental faculties of physical education and sports sciences in Baghdad.
