|a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على دراسة الأداء المهني لتدريسي مادة الكرة الطائرة في كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في منطقتي الوسطى والجنوبية والتعرف على الفروق وفقاً لمتغيرات )الجنس وسنوات الخدمة والشهادة) وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبي الدراسات المسحية والمقارنة وتمثلت عينة البحث لتدريسي مادة الكرة الطائرة في كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في منطقتي الوسطى والجنوبية والبالغ عددها (۱۰۰) تدريسي وتدريسية لمادة الكرة الطائرة وبواقع (۷۱) تدريس وبنسبة (71%) و (۲۹) تدريسية وبنسبة (۲۹%) وتم استخدام الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة للبحث الحالي للوصول إلى النتائج المطلوبة.
|b The research aims to identify the study of the professional performance of volleyball teachers in the colleges of physical education and sports sciences in the central and southern regions and to identify the differences according to the variables (gender, years of service, and degree). The researcher used the descriptive approach in the style of survey and comparative studies, and the research sample for volleyball teachers was represented in the colleges of physical education and sports sciences in the central and southern regions, which number (100) men and women teachers for volleyball, are (71) men teachers, at a rate of (71%), and (29) are woman, at a rate of (29%). Appropriate statistical methods were used for the current research to reach the required results..
