المستخلص: تبلورت أهمية البحث في التعرف على طبيعة البيئة الجامعية وعلاقته بالأداء المهني لتدريسي كلية التربية البدنية في جامعة بابل والتعرف على دور البيئة الجامعية في ادائهم المهني وتحديد اهم المعوقات التي تحول دون توفر بيئة مناسبة لتطوير هذه البيئة والرقي لمستوى أدائهم المهني بهدف تحقيق العملية التعليمية والتربوية بكفاءة وفعالية عالية. وتركزت مشكلة البحث على ان أهمية العمل للتدريسي التربية البدنية تربويا وتعليميا وما يتطلبه هذا الدور من أداء مهني متميز لا يمكن اكتسابه الا بتوفير البيئة الملائمة. ويهدف البحث إلى: 1. إعداد مقياس البيئة الجامعية لتدريسي التربية البدنية في جامعة بابل للعام 2018-2019 2. إعداد مقياس الأداء المهني لتدريسي التربية البدنية في جامعة بابل للعام 2018-2019. 3. التعرف على العلاقة بين البيئة الجامعية والاداء المهني لتدريسي التربية البدنية في جامعة بابل للعام 2018-2019. استعملت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي وقد شملت عينة البحث على 72 تدريسي وتدريسية من اساتذة كلية التربية البدنية جامعة بابل. وقد خرجت الباحثة باستنتاجات عدة كان أهمها: 1- للبيئة الجامعية أثرها الايجابي في الأداء المهني لتدرسي التربية البدنية وسلوكهم وقيمهم واتجاهاتهم ويعتبر من العوامل الاساسية لنجاح عملهم داخل وخارج الجامعة. 2- ظهور علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين الاداء المهني والبيئة الجامعية لتدريسي التربية البدنية جامعة بابل. وفي ضوء استنتاجات البحث أوصت الباحثة بتوصيات عدة أهمها: 1- ضرورة توفير عمادة الكلية ورئاسة الجامعة مقومات وخصائص البيئة الجامعية المناسبة لتدريسي التربية البدنية وتشجيعهم على إطلاق مواهبهم وتنميتها وتطويرها وبناء شخصيتهم المستقلة مما يعود عليهم بالنفع والتطور.

The research significance developed in identifying the nature of the university environment and its relationship to the professional performance of teachers of the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Babylon and to identify the role of the university environment in their professional performance as well as identifying the most important obstacles that prevent the availability of an appropriate environment for the development of this environment and the level of their professional performance in order to achieve the teaching and educational process effectively and high efficiency. The research problem focused on the importance of the teaching of physical education educationally and pedagogically and what this role requires from a distinguished professional performance that can only be acquired by providing the appropriate environment. The research aims to: 1. Prepare the university environment scale for physical education teachers at the University of Babylon for the year 2018-2019. 2. Prepare a professional performance measure for physical education teachers at the University of Babylon for the year 2018-2019. 3. Identify the relationship between the university environment and the professional performance of physical education teachers at the University of Babylon for the year 2018-2019. The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method. The research sample included 72 teaching staff and professors from the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Babylon The researcher came up with several conclusions, the most important of which were: 1. The university environment has a positive effect on the professional performance of teaching physical education, their behavior, values and attitudes, and it is considered one of the main factors for the success of their work inside and outside the university. 2. The emergence of a significant correlation between the professional performance and the university environment for physical education teachers at Babylon University. In light of the research findings, the researcher recommended several: Recommendations, the most important of which are the need of providing the deanship of the college and the university presidency with the ingredients and characteristics of the appropriate university environment for physical education teachers, and encouraging them to unleash their talents, develop and improve them, and build their independent personality, which benefits them
