المستخلص: للبيان منزلة عظمى في سماء البلاغة العربية؛ لتشعب مباحثه، وكثرة أبوابه وفصوله التي من شأنها أن تبرز المعنى وتظهره في أبهى صورة؛ لما ينماز به هذا العلم من إيراد المعنى الواحد بطرق مختلفة، فيمد علم البيان المتكلم بشتى فنون التعبير الجميل عن المعنى القائم في نفسه، ومن ثم يتخير منها ما يشاء في إظهار مقاصده ومعانيه، ومن تشبيه ومجاز، وكناية واستعارة، وهذه خصيصة ينماز بها عن سائر علوم البلاغة. وعلم البيان في شعر الشيخ الفرطوسي تجلى في توظيفه الشعري لجانب كبير في الشؤون الاجتماعية وذلك لارتباطه الوثيق واحتكاكه الدائم والمستمر بشرائح المجتمع المختلفة من قبيل أصحاب الحرف والمهنيين، والعمال والفلاحين بالإضافة إلى المثقفين والمفكرين والأدباء والشعراء. وقد دفع هذا الارتباط بالشاعر إلى الخوض في ميادين الاجتماع من أجل التعرف على مشاكل الناس ومعالجة أوضاع المجتمع الذي طالما استفحلت فيه المشاكل والمعضلات. وقد ساعدت الظروف الاجتماعية العصيبة التي عصفت بالشاعر طوال حياته على تفهمه لهذا اللون من الشعر وإقباله عليه في مناسبات مختلفة. ولا غرو فان الشاعر الذي ذاق في بداية نشأته أنواع البؤس والشقاء وواكب الحرمان في شتى أدوار حياته لجدير بأن يكثر من الشعر الاجتماعي ويسهب في الحديث عن الماسي والأتراح التي حفت بأبناء وطنه وأعاقت شعبه عن الرقي والتقدم. وقد حاول الشاعر من خلال تناوله الموضوعات الاجتماعية البحث عن حلول إصلاحية تكفل لمواطنيه حياة طيبة لا يشوبها الفقر والحرمان ولا تجد الرذيلة والمفسدة إليها طريقا ومسلكا.

The statement has a great status in the sky of Arabic rhetoric; due to the diversity of its topics, and the abundance of its chapters and sections that are intended to highlight the meaning and show it in the most beautiful image; because this science is distinguished by presenting the same meaning in different ways, so the science of rhetoric provides the speaker with various arts of beautiful expression of the meaning existing in himself, and then he chooses from them what he wants to show his purposes and meanings, and from simile and metaphor, and allusion and metaphor, and this is a characteristic that distinguishes it from all other sciences of rhetoric. The science of rhetoric in Sheikh Al-Fartousi's poetry was evident in his poetic employment of a large aspect in social affairs due to his close connection and constant and continuous contact with different segments of society such as craftsmen and professionals, workers and farmers in addition to intellectuals, thinkers, writers and poets. This connection has prompted the poet to delve into the fields of society in order to identify people's problems and address the conditions of society in which problems and dilemmas have always been rampant. The difficult social circumstances that plagued the poet throughout his life helped him understand this type of poetry and accept it on different occasions. It is no wonder that the poet who tasted all kinds of misery and hardship in his early life and experienced deprivation in various stages of his life is worthy of writing a lot of social poetry and talking at length about the tragedies and sorrows that surrounded his countrymen and hindered his people from progress and advancement. The poet tried, through his treatment of social issues, to search for reform solutions that would guarantee his citizens a good life free from poverty and deprivation and that vice and corruption would not find a way or path to.
