|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة الاستراتيجية في زيادة فعالية إدارة الأزمات في الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني والأرصاد في الجمهورية اليمنية، من خلال التعرف على مدى توافر القيادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها السلوكيات (التحويلية- الإدارية- السياسية- الأخلاقية)، ومدى توافر فعالية إدارة الأزمات بمراحلها، وكذلك قياس العلاقات الارتباطية والتأثيرية بين متغيرات الدراسة. وقد تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة قوامها (٢٤٨) مفردة من القيادات العليا ومديري الإدارات والعاملين شاغلي الوظائف التنفيذية بالهيئة. وتم استخدام قائمة استقصاء لجمع البيانات الأولية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية ودالة إحصائيا بين القيادة الاستراتيجية وفعالية إدارة الأزمات في الهيئة، كما أثرت القيادة الاستراتيجية ببعديها السلوكيات (السياسية- الإدارية) تأثيرا معنويا في فعالية إدارة الأزمات بمراحلها، أما بعدي السلوكيات (التحويلية- الأخلاقية) فليس لهما تأثير معنوي مباشر في فعالية إدارة الأزمات في القطاع محل الدراسة.
|b This study aimed to identify the role of strategic leadership in increasing the effectiveness of crisis management in the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology in the Republic of Yemen, by identifying the availability of strategic leadership in its behavioral dimensions (transformational- administrative- political- ethical), and the availability of effective crisis management in its stages, as well as measuring the correlational and influential relationships between the study variables. The study was conducted on a sample of (248) individuals from senior leaders, department managers, and employees holding executive positions in the Authority. A questionnaire was used to collect primary data. The study found a direct and statistically significant correlation between strategic leadership and the effectiveness of crisis management in the Authority. Strategic leadership in its two behavioral dimensions (political- administrative) had a significant impact on the effectiveness of crisis management in its stages, while the behavioral dimensions (transformational- ethical) did not have a direct significant impact on the effectiveness of crisis management in the sector under study.
