المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تطبيق البرامج التقنية للزيارات الطبية على كفاءة أداء العاملين لتقديم الخدمات الصحية بمستشفى الموية العام. وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع استخدام البرامج التقنية للزيارات الطبية على كفاءة أداء العاملين، والتعرف على نوع البرامج التقنية للزيارات الطبية المستخدمة على كفاءة أداء العاملين، وكذلك التعرف على معوقات تطبيق البرامج التقنية للزيارات الطبية على كفاءة أداء العاملين. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم الاستعانة بأداة الاستبانة باعتبارها الأداة الرئيسية للدراسة. ولقد انحصر مجتمع الدراسة في مستشفى الموية العام، حيث يقدر حجم المجتمع بعدد (230) موظف ما بين أطباء وكادر صحي وكادر إداري، حيث تم اختيار عينة الدراسة باستخدام أسلوب العينة العشوائية، وذلك لتحديد فئة العينة المستهدفة من العاملين بمستشفى الموية العام، وبلغ حجم العينة عدد (117) موظف من العاملين بالمستشفى. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج؛ أهمها أن البرامج التقنية والذكاء الاصطناعي تساعد على تحسين رعاية المريض من خلال تقليل وقت البحث، وإعطاء أدلة سريعة على كفاءة الإجراءات والعلاجات. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك اتجاه إيجابي للعاملين بمستشفى المويه العام نحو التغيير واستخدام التقنية. وأن من أهم معوقات تطبيق البرامج التقنية للزيارات الطبية ارتفاع مستوى الخصوصية المعلوماتية للبيانات بين المريض والطبيب. وبينت الدراسة أيضا أن هناك ضعف في ثقة العاملين في استخدامهم للبرامج التقنية الحديثة في المستشفى. وكذلك أن المستشفى لا تمكن عامليها من إنشاء خطط خاصة بالتنمية الفردية. كما يندر اجتماع الموظفين مع المشرفين على فترات منتظمة لمناقشة ما تم إنجازه في العمل، وحل المشكلات عندما تحدث. وكذلك تقل مشاركة العاملين في إعادة هندسة العمليات والأنشطة الفعلية في المستشفى.

The study aimed to find out the impact of the application of technical programs for medical visits on the efficiency of the performance of workers to provide health services at Muwiyah General Hospital. This is done by identifying the reality of the use of technical programs for medical visits on the efficiency of the performance of workers in Al-Muwiyah General Hospital and identifying the type of technical programs for medical visits used in the hospital on the efficiency of the performance of the workers, as well as identifying the obstacles to the application of technical programs for medical visits used the hospital. To achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was used, which expresses an accurate and detailed description of the social phenomenon to be studied. The questionnaire was used as the main tool for the study. The study population was confined to the Muwiyah General Hospital, where the size of the community is estimated at (230) employees, including doctors, health staff, and administrative staff. The sample number is (117) employees of the hospital. The study reached many results. The most important of which is that technical programs and artificial intelligence improved the efficiency and decision making of employees. They also believe that observance of regulations and laws is one of the best ways to make and make administrative decisions in health organizations. Also, artificial intelligence helps improve patient care by reducing research time and giving quick evidence of the efficiency of procedures and treatments. The results of the study indicated that there is a positive attitude towards change and the use of technology by the employees of Al-Muwiyah General Hospital. And that one of the most important obstacles to the application of technical programs for medical visits is the high level of informational privacy of data between the patient and the doctor. The study also showed that there is a weakness in the confidence of workers. In their use of technical software for modern hospital visits. Also, the hospital does not enable its employees to create individual development plans. It is also rare for employees to meet with supervisors at regular intervals to discuss what has been done at work, and to resolve problems when they occur. Likewise, the participation of workers in the re-engineering of operations and actual activities in Al-Muwiyah General Hospital is also reduced.
