|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد واقع أداء لجنة خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة بجامعة الأزهر في ضوء نموذج ماكينزي 7S، والكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.01) لدى عينة الدراسة تعزي للمتغيرات (نوع الكلية، الدرجة الأكاديمية، الموقع الجغرافي للكلية)، وكذلك وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير دور لجنة خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة بجامعة الأزهر في ضوء نموذج ماكينزي 7S، واستخدمت الدراسة منهج دراسة الحالة بأسلوب العينة العشوائية غير المنتظمة وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٧٥) من أعضاء ومنسقي لجنة خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة بكليات جامعة الأزهر، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن بعد الاستراتيجية جاء مرتفعًا، وبعد الهيكل جاء مرتفعًا، وبعد النظم جاء مرتفعًا، وبعد القيم جاء متوسطا، وبعد جاء الإدارة متوسطاً، وبعد الكادر البشري جاء مرتفعا، وبعد المهارات جاء متوسطا، كما أسفرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد المقياس والمقياس ككل تعزي لمتغيرات الدراسة (نوع الكلية- الدرجة الأكاديمية- الموقع الجغرافي للكلية)، ثم انتهت الدراسة بوضع تصور مقترح لتطوير لجنة خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة بجامعة الأزهر في ضوء نموذج ماكينزي 7S من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية.
|b This study aimed at determining the actual performance of Al-Azhar University's community social and environmental development committee in light of McKinsey's 7S Model, revealing any significant differences at the level of (0.01) among the study sample according to faculty type, academic degree, and the faculty's geographical location, as well as preparing a proposal for developing Al-Azhar University's community social and environmental development committee in light of McKinsey's 7S Model. The study followed the case study approach using the irregular random sample method. The study sample included (75) members and coordinators of the community social and environmental development committee at Al-Azhar university faculties. The results of the study revealed that the strategy, structure, systems, and human cadre dimensions were high. The values, management, and skills dimensions were average. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the scale's dimensions, neither the total degree according faculty type, academic degree, or the faculty's geographical location, Then the study ended by developing a proposed vision for developing the Community Social and Environmental Development Committee at Al-Azhar University in light of the McKinsey 7S model from a social Work perspective.
