|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على العقد السياسي باعتباره وسيلة من وسائل تولي السلطة السياسية، من أجل الانتقال من الحياة الفردية، إلى الحياة الجماعية المنظمة، وبما أن السلطة السياسية يكثر التنافس الشديد عليها ينبغي إيجاد وسيلة مشروعة تمنح للحاكم حق تولي السلطة، وذلك بعد الاتفاق بينه وبين الشعب بقصد تحقيق مصالحه بطريقة سلمية وحضارية، وتجنب الظلم والديكتاتورية، وهذا المقال عبارة عن مقارنة بين الأنظمة السياسية الغربية، والنظام السياسي الإسلامي.
|b This study seeks to clarify the concept of the political contract as a way of gaining political authority, transitioning from individual existence to structured communal life. Given that political power is frequently desired, it is essential to establish a legitimate method for the ruler to acquire authority, which arises from an agreement with the populace aimed at serving their interests peacefully and respectfully, while steering clear of oppression and tyranny. This article compares Western political systems with the Islamic political system.
