المستخلص: The teaching of the islamic sciences in the algerian school rely on a sacred purposes principaly refering to the holy Coran and the Sunna of the prophet peace be upon him . This noble mission has got a direct impact on the society through a right and a correct educational and sociological background, which will have a great impact throughout the time on the society as preparing future leaders and skillful profisionals. In the other hand the role of the teachers is very crucial and important by doing such a noble job. This, a teacher must have some definit characteristics: didactical, educational, leadership and above all academical performances going hand by hand with islamic sciences skills. In addition, the teacher has to have some cultural, social and material capitals inorder to have the capacite to perform and to do his noble work in a correct way, because working with children and teenagers IS not an easy task and it necessits a great effort and a fixed stratégies to successed in this sinsitive mission. Hence teacher will be the most important segment to disscus in this speech.
