|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة قادة المدارس للقيادة التشاركية في لواء الكورة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لقياس درجة ممارسة القيادة التشاركية؛ إذ تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (2460) معلما ومعلمة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) معلم ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية النسبية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة التشاركية ككل جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة)، وكشفت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة القيادة التشاركية تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، المرحلة التعليمية)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغير (سنوات الخبرة)، وجاءت لصالح (أكثر من 10 سنوات).
|b The study aimed to identify the degree to which school leaders practice participatory leadership in the Koura District from the point of view of teachers. The study adopted the descriptive survey method, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the degree of practice of participatory leadership, where the study population consisted of (2460) male and female teachers, and the study sample consisted of (300) male and female teachers selected randomly. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing participatory leadership as a whole was (great). The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of participatory leadership practice due to the variables (gender, educational qualification, educational stage), and the presence of statistically significant differences in the variable (years of experience), which came in favor of (more than 10 years).
