|a استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مجالات المشاركة المجتمعية الواجب مراعاتها في تطوير مراكز البحث العلمي على ضوء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتصميم مجموعة من السيناريوهات المقترحة لدمج المشاركة المجتمعية كأحد متطلبات تطوير مراكز البحث العلمي في فلسطين على ضوء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام منهج التحليل المستقبلي، وذلك من أجل بناء سيناريوهات مقترحة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من السيناريوهات وهي: السيناريو المرجعي أو سيناريو الوضع القائم، والسيناريو الإصلاحي، والسيناريو الابتكاري، وعليه أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الأخذ بعين الاعتبار للمشاركة المجتمعية في ظل تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي عند إعداد الخطط التطويرية في مراكز البحث العلمي وخاصة فيا يخص تطوير الكوارد والقيادات، كذلك ضرورة استفادة إدارات مراكز البحث العلمي في وزارة التعليم العالي من تجارب الدول المتقدمة في تدريب الكوادر البشرية كافة على مهارات المشاركة المجتمعية بالارتكاز على تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
|b The study aimed to identify the areas of community participation to be taken into account in the development of scientific research centers in the light of artificial intelligence applications. Also, to design a set of proposed scenarios to integrate community participation as one of the requirements for the development of scientific research centers in Palestine in the light of artificial intelligence applications. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the future analysis method was considered in order to build proposed scenarios. The study came up with a set of scenarios, namely, the reference scenario, or the scenario of the existing situation, the reform scenario, and the innovative scenario. Accordingly, the study recommended that community participation should be taken into account concerning artificial intelligence applications when preparing development plans in scientific research, especially in the development of skills and leadership, as well as the need for the departments of scientific research centers in the Ministry of Higher Education to benefit from the experience of the developed countries in training all human cadres on community participation skills based on artificial intelligence applications.
