|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من أثر برنامج "أصدقاء لبيب على تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية والانفعالية لدى أطفال الروضة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) طفلا نصفهم من الذكور ونصفهم من الإناث، تراوحت أعمارهم بين (5 -6) سنوات، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية من مدرسة رقية بنت الرسول الأساسية المختلطة التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم لمنطقة عمان الثالثة في لواء القويسمة/ محافظة العاصمة، قسموا إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وتحتوي على (60) طفلا وطفلة وضابطة وتحتوي على (60) طفلا وطفلة وذلك في العام الدراسي 2021/2020م. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية لجريشام ايليوت (Gresham & Elliott, 1990)، ومقياس المهارات الانفعالية لثور لاكيوس وجود موندسن (Thorlacius & Gudmundsson, 2017). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا للقياس البعدي لأداء أطفال الروضة على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية والانفعالية تعزى للبرنامج التدريبي، كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا للقياس البعدي لأداء أطفال الروضة على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية والانفعالية تعزى للجنس أو لتفاعل البرنامج التدريبي مع الجنس أو للثقافة الوالدية أو لتفاعل البرنامج التدريبي مع الثقافة الوالدية. وأوصت الدراسة باعتماد البرنامج التدريبي أصدقاء لبيب لأطفال مرحلة رياض الأطفال كجزء من سياسة الروضة، عقد ورش تدريبية لمعلمي رياض الأطفال للتوعية بأهمية برنامج "أصدقاء لبيب".
|b This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a “Labib’s Friends” training program on developing the social and emotional skills of kindergarten children. The study sample consisted of (120) children from kindergarten children aged (5-6) years; half of them were males. The other half are females, who were chosen by the intentional way, from Ruqayah Bent Al-Rasoul elementary mixed school belonging Directorate of Education of Qweismeh Brigade/ Capital Governorate, they were divided into two groups of both sexes: The experimental which contains (60) children, and the control groupe which contains (60) children, in the academic year 2020/2021 AD . To achieve the study's objectives, the scale of social shills (Gresham & Elliott, 1990) and the scale of emotional shills (Thorlacius & Gudmundsson, 2017) were used. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences in the dimensional measurement of kindergarten children’s performance on the social and emotional skills scale attributable to the training program. It also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the dimensional measurement of kindergarten children’s performance on the social and emotional skills scale attributable to gender, the interaction of the training program with sex, parental culture, or the interaction of the training program with parental culture. The study recommended adopting the “Friends of Labib” training program for kindergarten children as part of the kindergarten policy and holding training workshops for kindergarten teachers to raise awareness about the importance of the “Friends of Labib” program.
