المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى بحث موضوع أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات الإدارية على أداء المؤسسات الخدمية (مختبرات ألفا الطبية) تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراسة مشكلة الدراسة باستخدام أداة الاستبيان لعينة عشوائية من العاملين في مختبرات ألفا الطبية بلغت 100 موظف وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية. - أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة بين نظم تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأداء الموارد العاملين مما يؤكد على أن (مختبرات ألفا الطبية) تدرك هذه الأهمية وتسيير بخطوة إيجابية من أجل تحسين وتطوير أداء الموارد البشرية. - أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أداء الموارد البشرية واستخدام الأجهزة والبرامج وقواعد البيانات وشبكات الاتصال. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة كانت أهم التوصيات كما يلي 1) ضرورة إدخال التقنيات الحديثة والمتطورة لنظم تكنولوجيا المعلومات الإدارية وذلك من خلال الاشتراك في الندوات والمؤتمرات والدورات المتخصصة للعاملين المؤسسات الخدمية (مختبرات ألفا الطبية). 2) ضرورة الاهتمام بالتدريب والتطوير المستمر عن كيفية استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في مجال تقنية ونظم تكنولوجيا المعلومات الإدارية المؤسسات الخدمية (مختبرات ألفا الطبية).

The study aims to investigate the impact of using administrative information technology on the performance of service institutions (Alpha Medical Laboratories). The descriptive analytical approach was used to study the study problem using a questionnaire tool for a random sample of employees in Alpha Medical Laboratories, which amounted to 100 employees. The study reached the following results: • The study showed a relationship between information technology systems and the performance of human resources, which confirms that (Alpha Medical Laboratories) realizes this importance and is taking a positive step to improve and develop the performance of human resources • The study showed a statistically significant relationship between human resources performance and the use of devices, programs, databases and communication networks. Based on the results of the study, the most important recommendations were as follows: 1) The necessity of introducing modern and advanced technologies to administrative information technology systems by participating in seminars, conferences and specialized courses for employees of service institutions (Alpha Medical Laboratories). 2) The necessity of paying attention to training and continuous development on how to use modern technologies in the field of administrative information technology and systems in service institutions (Alpha Medical Laboratories).
