|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقصى العلاقة بين كل من التفكير الاستراتيجي وعوامل الشخصية لدى الطالبة المعلمة بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة، والكشف عن التأثير المباشر وغير المباشر للعلاقات بين التفكير الاستراتيجي وعوامل الشخصية، وتكونت عينة البحث من (۲۷۰) طالبة من طالبات الفرقتين الثالثة والرابعة بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة جامعة دمنهور وبلغ متوسط أعمارهم الزمنية (۱۹ - ۲۱) عاما بمتوسط حسابي (19.959)، وانحراف معياري (0.999) وطبق عليهن أدوات البحث المكونة من مقياس التفكير الاستراتيجي، ومقياس عوامل الشخصية وكلاهما من إعداد الباحثة، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي والارتباطي التحليلي، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود مستويات مختلفة من التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى الطالبة المعلمة بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة، كما أن أفراد العينة لديهم مستوى تفكير استراتيجي متوسط، كما أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أنماط الشخصية والتفكير الاستراتيجي لدى الطالبة المعلمة بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة، بينما توصلت نتيجة البحث بأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات طالبات الفرقة الثانية وطالبات الفرقة الرابعة على مقياس التفكير الاستراتيجي.
|b The current research aims to investigate the relationship between strategic thinking and personality factors among the student teacher at the College of Early Childhood Education, and to reveal the direct and indirect effect of the relationships between strategic thinking and personality factors. The research sample consisted of (270) female students from the third and fourth year in the College of Education. Early childhood students at Damanhour University. Their average chronological age was (19-21) years, with an arithmetic mean of (19.959) and a standard deviation of (0.999), The research tools consisting of the strategic thinking scale and the personality factors scale were applied to them, both of which were prepared by the researcher and the descriptive approach was used. And analytical correlation. The results of the study found that there are different levels of strategic thinking among the student teacher at the College of Early Childhood Education. The sample members also have an average level of strategic thinking. There is also a statistically significant correlation between personality types and strategic thinking among the student teacher at the College of Early Childhood Education. While the results of the research found that there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of second-year female students and fourth-year female students on the strategic thinking scale.
