المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرّف درجة تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المجتمعية ودورها في نشر ثقافة المشاركة المجتمعية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مدينة طرطوس، ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (327) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي مدارس مدينة طرطوس للعام الدراسي 2023/ 2024، وتمثلت الأداة باستبانة تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المجتمعية في مدينة طرطوس ودورها في نشر ثقافة المشاركة المجتمعية من إعداد الباحث، وتضمنت (27) فقرة موزعة على محورين هما: (تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المجتمعية، دور المدرسة في نشر ثقافة المشاركة المجتمعية)، وذلك بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وقد أظهرت النتائج بأن درجة تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المجتمعية في مدينة طرطوس من وجهة نظر المعلمين متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي (3.08)، وانحراف معياري (0.501)، ودور المدرسة في نشر ثقافة المشاركة المجتمعية من وجهة نظر المعلمين متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي (3.28)، وانحراف معياري (0.353)، كما أظهرت وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المجتمعية ودور المدرسة المجتمعية في نشر ثقافة المشاركة المجتمعية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مدينة طرطوس عند مستوى دلالة (0.05)، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة دور المدرسة المجتمعية في نشر ثقافة المشاركة المجتمعية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث وفق متغير الخبرة التدريسية ولصالح فئة (10 سنوات فأكثر)، وفي ضوء النتائج وضع الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات.

The aim of the research is to identify the degree of application of the concept of the community school and its role in spreading the culture of community participation from the point of view of teachers in the city of Tartous. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the research sample consisted of (327) male and female teachers in schools in the city of Tartous for the academic year 2023/ 2024, and the tool consisted of a questionnaire about the application of the concept of the community school in the city of Tartous and its role in spreading the culture of community participation, prepared by the researcher, and it included (27) items distributed over two axes: (application of the concept of the community school, the role of the school in spreading the culture of community participation), the results showed that the degree of application of the concept of community school in the city of Tartous from the point of view of teachers is medium, with an arithmetic mean (3.08) and a standard deviation (.501), and the role of the school in spreading the culture of community participation from the point of view of teachers is medium, with an arithmetic mean. (3.28), and a standard deviation of (.353). It also showed the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the degree of application of the community school concept and the role of the community school in spreading the culture of community participation from the point of view of teachers in the city of Tartous at the level of significance (0.05). There are no significant differences. Statistical significance between the average scores of the research sample members on the questionnaire about the role of the community school in spreading the culture of community participation due to the academic qualification variable. There are also statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample members according to the teaching experience variable and in favor of the (10 years category and more), and in light of the results, the researcher developed a set of recommendations.
