|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر التوجه الريادي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها (الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية البيئية في البنوك الإسلامية الأردنية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الكمي، من خلال أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين والبالغ عددهم (4253) موظفا، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية متناسبة بلغت (320) موظفا توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتوجه الريادي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها (الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، البيئية) في البنوك الإسلامية الأردنية. أوصت الدراسة بأن تقوم البنوك الإسلامية بنشر الريادة بين العاملين لديها مما لها من أثر في تحقيق الاستدامة وبناء توجه ريادي مستدام لجميع المستويات الإدارية وتعزيز هذا المفهوم لدى المدراء للاستفادة منه في بناء ميزة تنافسية مستدامة.
|b The study aimed to identify the impact of entrepreneurial orientation in achieving sustainable development in its dimensions (economic, social, and environmental) in Jordanian Islamic banks. The study relied on the quantitative approach, through the study tool (questionnaire), where the study community consisted of all employees, numbering (4253) employees, a proportional stratified random sample of (320) employees was selected. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The existence of a statistically significant impact of entrepreneurial orientation in achieving sustainable development in its dimensions (economic, social, and environmental) in Jordanian Islamic banks. The study recommended that Islamic banks spread leadership among their employees, as it has an impact on achieving sustainability and building a sustainable leadership orientation for all administrative levels, and enhancing this concept among managers to benefit from it in building a sustainable competitive advantage.
