|a يعتبر التقييم من المواضيع التي لقت اهتماما كبيرا من طرف رواد الأرشيف نظرا لأهميته، والتي تنص على تحديد بدقة قيمة الوثيقة التي تحدد مسارها النهائي (الإقصاء أو الحفظ) وذلك لتفادي عشوائية الإقصاء. تهدف الدراسة الى تقديم تحليل شامل لمفهوم التقييم وأهميته في مختلف أطواره: من الأرشيف الجاري وصولا الى الأرشيف النهائي، بدءا من الأسس اللغوية فالاصطلاحية مع إبراز العلاقة الوثيقة بين التقييم كعملية، وسيلة ووظيفة مع الوظائف الأرشيفية الأخرى. تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي التوثيقي انطلاقا من الأدبيات والمراجع السابقة، وتحليل نصوص أكاديمية التي تعالج موضوع التقييم في الأرشيف. وقد تم التوصل في آخر الدراسة الى تحديد مفهوم التقييم في الأرشيف في مراحل تسييره الجاري، النصف الجاري والنهائي مقارنة مع مجال علم المكتبات.
|b Valuation is one of the topics that has received great attention from pioneers in archiving due to its importance, which stipulates to accurately determine the value of the document that determines its final fate (elimination or conservation) in order to avoid random elimination. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the concept of Valuation and its importance in its different stages: from the first age of archives to the 3rd age, starting with the linguistic foundations and then the terminology, emphasizing the close relationship between valuation as a process, means and function with other archival functions. The analytical documentary approach was used based on the analysis of some references and academic texts that address the theme of evaluation in archiving. At the end of the study, it was possible to determine the concept of evaluation in archives in its management stages: Active age, active half-life and final age in relation to the field of librarianship.
