المستخلص: إن هذا المقال يبيّن لنا إحدى مساهمات الأستاذ الحاج صالح في تطوير اللغة العربية ورقيها، حيث درس جانبا مهما من هذه اللغة دراسة علمية دقيقة وافية، فهو يعتبر العامية العربية لغة عفوية تحتل المستوى الثاني من التعبير للفصحى، وهي لغة التخاطب اليومي تطورت عن العربية الفصحى المنطوقة، وبقيت ذات علاقة وطيدة جدا بها، وتمتاز بالخفة والسهولة المبالغ فيها. إن الهدف من دراستها هو إحياء التعبير العفوي الفصيح، وبالتالي توسيع دائرة الفصحى والخروج بها من انزوائها في الأدب والدين إلى كل ميادين الحياة وخاصة في التخاطب اليومي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف النبيل وضع الأستاذ الحاج صالح منهجا علميا لذلك وهو التحليل العلمي لها بالاعتماد على تراث النحاة واللغويين الأوائل وأهل الأداء للقرآن الكريم للتوصل إلى المتفق عليه أو المشترك الفصيح، وإدخال ذلك في مناهج التعليم والكتب المدرسية والمجال الثقافي والإعلامي وغير ذلك حتى تنتشر الفصحى انتشارا واسعا.

The concept of Collaquial Arabic and its role in the teaching and dissémination of Arabic to abde-rah man -hadj-salah. This article shaws us one of the contribution of professor hadj-salah in the development and progress of the Arabic language as he has studies an important aspect of this language and scientific study. It considers colloquial Arabic spontone ous language hat occupies the second level if expression for fosha Arabic and it is the language of daily communication that evolved from the spaken fosha Arabic and has remained a very clase relation ship with it. and it is characterized by its lightness and exaggerated ease. The ain of her study is to revive the spontaneous eloquent expression and thuns expression and thus expand the circle of fosha bring it out of it isolation in literature and religions to all fields of live especially in daily communication. In order to achieve this noble objective. Professor hadj - salah developed a scientific approach for this ,which is the scientific analysis of it relying on the hertoge of grammarians linguistics and performers of the early noble quran to reach the agreed upan or commun elquant, and to include this in education curricula, textbooks, and the cultural, and media fileld, otherwise, it will spread widely.

Cet article nous montre lune des contribution du professeur hadj -salah dans le développement et le Progres de la langue arabe ,puis quil il a étudié un aspect important de cette langue dans une étude approfondie et scientifique. Il considère l’arabe parlée comme une langue spontanée qui occupe le deuxième niveau d’expression de l’arabe fosha , et c’est la langue de communication quotidienne qui à évolué à partir de l arabe fosha parlée et est restée une relation très étroite avec lui et se caractérise par sa légèreté son exagérations facilité. Le but de son étude est de raviver l’expression spontanée et éloquente et ainsi d’élargir le cercle du fosha et de la faire sortir de son isolement dans la littérature et de la religion à tous les domaines de la vie en particulier dans la communication quotidienne. A fin d’atteindre ce noble objectif, le professeur Hadj - salah à developpé une approche scientifique pour cela. que est qui est l’analysé scientifique de celui-ci en s’appuyant sur l’héritage des grammaires, des linguistes , et des interprètes du premier noble coran pour atteindre l accord sur du commun éloquent et de l’inclure dans les programmes d’enseignement , les manuels, et le domaines culturelle médiatique, faute de quoi et se reporter largement.
