|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية تطبيق معايير الحوكمة في تنمية الثقة التنظيمية في المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الإلكترونية ENIE بولاية سيدي بلعباس، ومن أجل ذلك تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى جانب نظري لتقديم بعض المعلومات عن موضوع الدراسة، وجانب تطبيقي من خلال تحليل نتائج استبانة استخدمت كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة متكونة من 31 عاملا على مختلف المستويات والمصالح عن طريق تطبيق spss21، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين معايير الحوكمة المتمثلة في المشاركة والشفافية والمساواة والعدالة وتنمية الثقة التنظيمية في المؤسسة، مع عدم وجود علاقة بين المساءلة والثقة التنظيمية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.
|b This study aimed to identify the importance of applying governance standards in Developing organizational Trust in the National Corporation for Electronic Industries (ENIE) in the state of Sidi Bel Abbes. For this purpose, the study was divided into a theoretical aspect to provide some information about the subject of the study, and an applied aspect through analyzing the results of a questionnaire used. As a tool for collecting data from a sample of 31 workers at various levels and interests through the spss21 application, the study found a relationship between governance standards of participation, transparency, equality, justice, and enhancing organizational trust in the institution, with no relationship between accountability and trust. Organization in the institution under study.
