|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التحول الرقمي ومدى مساهمته في تطوير قطاع السياحة والخدمات الفندقية في الجزائر، إضافة إلى الوسائل والأدوات المساعدة على ذلك، لاسيما البرمجيات، التطبيقات والمنصات، ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وكذا دراسة حالة منصة "نملتيك" لحجز الفنادق عبر الإنترنت في الجزائر. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي أصبح ضرورة ملحة لا مفر منها لمواكبة الاقتصاد الجديد لاسيما في قطاع السياحة، كما أن منصة "نملتيك" لحجز الفنادق عبر الإنترنت في الجزائر، تعتبر أول منصة جزائرية تساهم في دعم قطاع السياحة في الجزائر وخاصة الخدمات الفندقية وتسهل الوصول إليها من طرف السياح.
|b This study aims to shed light on the digital transformation and its contribution to the development of the tourism and hotel services sector in Algeria, It also focuses on the means and tools that facilitate this, especially software, applications, and platforms. To achieve the study's objective, a descriptive method was adopted, as well as a case study of the "Namlatic hotel booking online platform" in Algeria. The study found that digital transformation has become a necessity that cannot be ignored in order to keep up with the new economy, especially in the tourism sector. Moreover, the "Namlatic" platform for online hotel booking in Algeria is considered the first Algerian platform that contributes to supporting the tourism sector in Algeria, particularly hotel services, and facilitates access to them by tourists.
